I checked their approvals, their approved maps , since land was of GAMADA , aution hence we trusted , but since GAMADA it self did not give any public notice on their first lapse of installment so public and i was not aware . But now I am going to make a vedio on the faulty process of Govt agencies like puda and Gamada and please suggest some points in case you can . It's very Sad , if government agencies are not perfect in their functioning, than things are very risky . I am surprised, what RERA authority has been doing , it's a regulatory body , and should have given public notice well in time . Now it's learned , that many more big builder's name are likely to come , Gamada should monthly publish the list of defaulters , and keep it updated on its Website. Let's write to Gamada on it .
