The fact that Brooksby played against Djokovic in the us open and took the first set 6-1 just proves how much progress he made the last couple of years
I like that the juniors coming up are physically pretty much ready for the pros, but if everyone is playing this grinding, heavy topspin predictable stroke pattern, it's gonna be a bit harder to watch in the future
If they throw some variety in the long rallys it is wathchable unless just FH and BH it is boring to watch. players need to learn more styles to make the game more interesting, damm they might get even bored hitting same shot over and over lol Kyrios is the only guy that does that
they're just not ready. I would guess that they're really nervous and its causing them to play really tentatively. They end up needing to work themselves up to actually going for a shot and they kinda handshake this low risk trading pattern while they gather their mental resolve haha.
Awesome last point, that forehand to nullify white shirt’s power and position, then the stability of the legs on the last forehand as he redirects the pace to follow in with a gutsy trap and volley. “COME ON INDEED!!!”
There are 2 line judges. 1 on the servers side and 1 on the returners side. They call the full length of the court. The chair umpire is only there to call the score and make any overrules if needed
Loool. In that case how come you are not an ITF player and let's see if you can do better?. Would love to see you try against these guys and get your ass moped on the court
It's amazing that even at the very tip top of junior tennis, you basically have four people watching (their parents). The kid in dark shorts has a really annoying grunt. Here's a tip, Jenson; Roger Federer rarely grunts. Therefore, you don't need to grunt on every single ground stroke. Just exhale.
Fun fact : grunts is not something you control, it's a natural response of your brain and body. I personally don't grunt except when i have zero juice left in the tank. When you grunt doing a dropshot however... something 's wrong
Elmo Blatch Thats just you being annoyed with grunting. It does nothing with playing worse, in fact grunting helps make you play better. P.S Federer grunts as well.
Honestly your right as a junior myself serving and volleying is big for me. I love pete and rogers game more than these juniors with weak forehand crosscourt all day and never switching it up or coming in. American tennis is broken. Hopefully pete and andre wont be the last of it.

I watched this video when it first came out and it's crazy to see his progression on the biggest stage.
Brooksby beats Berdych today 6-1, 2-6, 6-4, 6-4 in the first round of the US Open
that "come on" at the end needs some work lol
Yeah it’s a bit unpracticed
Tristan Boyer has one of the cleanest groundstrokes I have ever seen
I like that the juniors coming up are physically pretty much ready for the pros, but if everyone is playing this grinding, heavy topspin predictable stroke pattern, it's gonna be a bit harder to watch in the future
Due to the slow court may be

Benjamin Soper what do you mean

@@bonzwah1 well they just need to be yannik sinner🤣🤣

“COME ON INDEED!!!”
WOW these guys are extremely damn good. I would be watching live if I was there.
Boyer definitely has prettier strokes than Brooksby, and the fact that he also doesn't grunt makes me root for him.
you know that grunts arent for show its them exhaling when they hit the ball
So you hate Nadal as well i assume?
Lmao bro this must be weird to look back on
Boyer committed to Stanford congrats!
Who’s here after Brooksby beat Auger - Aliassime in the third round in D.C.
The guy in the white hat looks like Marcel Granollers! Must be his inspiration.
They need to move in more. If both are baselining, one is gonna have a bad day
thats just jensons game
Nice video work. Future pros here.
Why no flat serve?
How do they make that topspin..
they just wipe the ball like a winsheild. Not really proper form but it is good for grinding.
guy with bandana hits his forehand exactly like auger aliassime
Match rally was great for both players
Why are they both serving so slow? The kid in the white looks 6’2 if not taller...
1.) Topspin serve
2.) Its a lot faster than it looks
@@oliverseifert2849 look at the speedometer
@George H.W. Bush The speedometer is a lot faster than it looks
funny I was thinking the forehand looks very similar to Brooksby. Turns out it's him.
Really nice video!!!!
the place is so beautifull
Bet opponent didn’t expect this guy to beat top 10 players in a few years
who is here after Brooksby took a set off Djokovic (6-1) at the 2021 us open?
whos here after brooksby made it to the semis of washington?
I’m not
Brooksby is into the 4th round of the US Open
Fun to watch!!!
Brandon Nakashima just beat Boyer 6-0, 6-0 in the final of the spring championships...LOL.
jewang10 AND Jenson beat Nakashima 4,3,1 at the Zoo.
and Brooksby beat Nakashima 6-4 6-3 6-1 at the National championships
Some good tennis played by both
Who's here after brooksby beat berdych
White shorts guy reminds me of Felix Auger-Aliassime and the black shorts guy reminds me of Jannik Sinner. Maybe just appearance and play style
Boyer looks promising
Indeed. Very nice footwork and the best technically I’ve seen from a junior
I think the guy in white might have a shot at winning a few Futures matches someday.
@@03cobra4 Lmao
bru brooksby pro on tour now,
wouldnt the line judge move to the opposite end of the court so that the chair umpire can call the line closest to him, im just saying

Beat FAA now
Idk how I won a set in this match I was getting cooked
I think Boyer likes Babolat...
Sponsored bud
No way
Both very basic players, very good, but neither of them really have a dominant strength
Loool. In that case how come you are not an ITF player and let's see if you can do better?. Would love to see you try against these guys and get your ass moped on the court

Elmo Blatch are u serious
Nadal grunts

P.S Federer grunts as well.
if he wants to grunt he can, nadal grunts louder than anyone
Not bad
The future of American tennis is disappointing and an embarrassment.
Stfu u think u can do better jeez
Shut up Ethan schnenck
