I thought Peter was going to be scary guy and hate Kevin, but he was so lovely. I didn't care that he hardly spoke about robocop, this man has lived ten lives by the sound of it.

I remember when he came back from it he said the PR guy for the film company asked everyone to make sure if this was the right time in their career to play a robot, and that he talked a little w/Peter Weller and thought he was really cool, and that afterwards he (Weller) gave him a Hawkwind album, lol.

He's called ROBO Cop. MAYBE you should MOVE like a ROBOT. Ya think? That movie DOES NOT hold up well at all. It was cool back then, but now it is cringeworthy and just BAD.
What was it about it that didn’t hold up for you? It was a good, solid story, just let down by an unfinished suit. Outdated stop-motion effects and cheap practical effects aside, it’s got a lot going for it, in terms of drama, heart, psychology, emotion and humanity themes. The loss of family and identity. It wasn’t *just* an action film (as so many seem to view it).
