Man, I love your content. I typically go to a track with aggressive setup, then come to you to see how to improve once I've leared the layout. Adding your setups to this is MASSIVELY appreciated, so thank you. Keep doing your thing. Subbed!
Great video, didn't expect coming out so early while waiting for this! The guide is with even more details than previous guide but still concise and clear. Well organized! My all tracks are learned from your guide!
still not done a lap here lol tho your guide Excellent may i add has encouraged me to give it ago even tho it's a track i never enjoyed in other driving games! 😆 great addittion btw to provide the setups! Thanks Chaps!...
incouraging to see we made some of the exact changes from the aggressive set up to a tee! feels good although she gets a bit snappy sometimes i might lower the rear ride height see how she goes.
@@sportschool3537 The Ferrari is OK on most tracks, but not as OP as some people portrait it to be. At Monza it runs strong on the straights but really drops back in the Lesmos. The 2015 pre-Evo Audi can hit 300km on the straight and can get down to low 1.36s with the perfect conditions. One thing is for sure though - no other car in the game rides the curbs better than it.
@@QuantumS1ngularity I find myself being way faster in the Ferrari 296 and Porche 992 than other cars... and they've been out for only a few weeks... and before I was driving the Aston which is a front engine... so it's not like I was driving similar cars... Personally I think both cars are stupid fast to make people buy the DLC (which is dead cheap, just buy it it's worth it)... but both cars need a serious nerf... seeing 12 Ferrari and 8 Porche in every lobby is getting kind of old... it's boring af... not to mention that if you pick another car you're at a disadvantage...
@@sportschool3537 Well, i love seeing all horses emblems in the lobbies and my Audi proudly standing there in the top 3-5 Q times. It's like flipping everyone off. And during the race, like i said it can not only keep the pace, but also give them hell at the end. Brands Hatch and Donington are my 2 most favorite tracks where this plays out perfectly in the favor of the Audi. Both the 296 and the Porsche need harder suspension there and this destroys their tires, while with the Audi i can go much softer and preserve them. But what i don't really get is the so called buff for the Merc. My favorite place to use it was Watkins Glen but now the chicane there feels terrible and i much prefer the way the Audi rides it. The only place where i really like the AMG is Paul Ricard. At Zolder it's now much worse than it used to be and no matter ho soft or hard i make the suspension, it always bottoms out at the first chicane where it used to simply glide over it. The 296 in that aspect is marvelous there. Yes the new cars are fast even on default aggressive setups, but i see that as a good thing. Why? Well people who can't setup cars now can still compete and not fall to the back of the pack and tbh, that's how i separate good vs really fast drivers. If all 4 spots in front of me are all 296s i know these guys probably can't setup a car properly and are generally unaware of where each of the other cars has strengths. Especially at Spa. It's one of those tracks where you can be fast with basically anything. Almost all of the cars are capable of mid 2:16s, except maybe for the M4. After the update it's just an over steer nightmare, no matter what i do to it and it's impossible to drop under 2.17.4 with it.
Thanks for the video. I downloaded and copied the .json setup file to "C:\Users\Pedro\Documents\Assetto Corsa Competizione\Setups\ferrari_296_gt3\Valencia\" folder and I can see it in game while loading setups. I can then load it but the settings inside it remains the same as previously choosen default (agressive) setup. Any idea ? One more time, GREAT TUTORIAL!
Oh that’s strange, it shouldn’t be doing that 🤔 Will look into it, thanks for letting us know in case it’s a problem for everyone! And appreciate the kind words 😊
So I’ve just checked this, and the setup does work for me! A fair amount settings are similar or the same, but bigger changes can be found in aero etc. Very strange that it’s not working for you, hopefully its a short term glitch 🤞🏼 Maybe try re-downloading the file in case it’s accidentally been saved over?
I’m out just now, but I remember the most clear difference is in the ride height on the aero page. The Traxion setup has higher rear ride height, lower front. If this isn’t the case, then there is some other issue sadly!
I'm just saying, the setup for the Lamborghini makes zero sense whatsoever. There are values that are literally impossible to do in the game, like 56 tire pressure and 45 toe... And 34 caster what the heck? And what does "6, 13, 18" mean in aero balance? This makes no sense at all.
I always come to you for track guides. A++++
Great to hear!

You guys should release more set ups, this feels amazing
Great thanks for showing the pedals too, really helps
You are very welcome!
Another subscriber to the channel. Thanks for the tips and setups.
You are very welcome, great to have you onboard 😄
you guys are my go to for all my guides and new stuff coming out plus John is hilarious.
Thanks for set up and for including inputs. Greatly appreciated. 🙏🏼

Makes me feel so much better about my high 1:35 for only doing 2 races there 😅
Excellent video,thanks very much
Here in Valencia this circuit is more commonly know as "Cheste", great video btw
Ah that's cool, never knew that! Thanks 😄
Your setups are a game changer, thanks!!!

Here as it's finally dropping on console tomorrow. Can't wait to give it a go
Tbh i'm not sure a 1:29 is possible except for one-off ultra lap. Especially with other car. The Porsche is so OP on that track, it's just surreal.
Porche and new Ferrari are OP on every track... they need to balance the BoP ASAP

Will you be doing setups for the older tracks?
Nice video, I'll use this later and crash
Hi when is the dlc available for us PS5 users? No update to 1.9 either yet? From frustrated racer
Please make a setup for silverstone 😊
The end was brilliant 😂😂
I only skimmed through but didn’t see setups for all 3 cars. Are they in the vid as stated?
Link in the description, all setups are free to download from the article!
Cool thanks both. Serves me right for not checking it out properly! There’s my lesson to watch your vids properly and read the description too 😂
Haha no problem at all! Enjoy your races 😄

@@TraxionGG Thanks for a quick response. I'll pick 3 random setting and we could crosscheck them to confirm I'm on a right file.

I'll watch this later in 2023, when the DLC drops on Ps5 😂
Track limits seem to be loose here. Wasn't it the white line which defines track limits in most cases?
That's an F1 thing (as of 2022 I believe). GT World Challenge is different.
When is it coming to consoles
They are targeting 2023, but we don't know the specifics yet sadly!
Probably autumn 23
@@TraxionGG thanks I will be waiting until them watching your acc videos
