    Not in particular.. I just did this workout and the one for abs.. With Laura Myren again. I like her way

    I would like to ask you a favour.. Whether it is possible 🙆 to release more power yoga and boxing workouts, but please make them shorter.. About half an hour perhaps?? Thank you for your time!

    whew.... some parts are really advanced... like a handstand... 😵😵😵 awwww... I followed through best I could and day 3 is a killer... now for day 4... ...
