The cape is the same as what DooHoon took off in front of buring World Tree in the end of Utopia m/v. They already said their Bad Romance is connected in a concept for Utopia and they are wearing white version Bad Romance (from Immortal Songs King of Kings) costumes here. If they do it all planned, kudos to these incredible geniuses.
