Hi, thanks for the informative video. I’m planning to buy a property in either in ATS rhapsody or nobility. If I go by your views nobility is better product but I still think Rhapsody has more advantage because of better floor plan, location and openness. Project progress is also good in last couple of month. Please suggest which is better choice. Thanks

The way new projects are launching the condition of traffic will be terrific in 5 years from now. I am not seeing any road extension or new roads are planned instead a lot of new projects are being launched every month. A bit concerning

@Champ0520-tt4qn I think you did not get WH reply. They were comparing Nobility with under construction projects in sec 10, 12 like fusion, civitech etc. Where current rates are same as nobility, so better to take ready if buying for end use. Or even for renting.

Location wise it’s not wise to invest/buy ATS Nobility at the current price. Most of the time there is severe traffic. Too much of density due to too many high rise societies like Golf Homes. Raphsody is far better option. Also Shaberi is a bottle neck.
This is the worst location and is going to deteriorate as time goes off. ATS is a good builder but this would feel as if you are in gaur city. Except in the afternoon you may be stuck in traffic for half to one hour practically. More precisely on a daily basis you are stuck in traffic coming home you will always be ending up cribbing about property. If there is another gate which doesn't open to shaberi then it might be less pathetic situation 😅
Worst location ever if you want your child and old parents to have breathing problems and want to short their life by 8-10 years... Project location is on 24*7 running main road... you'll end of getting stuck in traffic all the time. Plus day night pollution levels are high in this area.

This sector is getting overcrowded with each passing day...sector 10 and 12 would be much better location and options for next 10 - 15 years .
