    The nomadic lifestyle is becoming more and more popular every day and it is inevitable that we will witness some changes in the time to come.
    As people nowadays are earning a lot of money by working remotely or online they won't be satisfied anymore with living on a low budget in Thailand or Bali, just because everyone is doing the same.
    That's why we believe that the digital nomad of the future will be an online entrepreneur that wants the best of everything - luxury, expensive prestigious things, etc.
    A modern version of a today's perpetual traveler who goes beyond the ordinary.
    -------
    ABOUT NOMAD CAPITALIST
    Andrew Henderson is the world's most sought-after consultant on legal offshore tax reduction, investment immigration, and global citizenship. He works exclusively with six- and seven-figure entrepreneurs and investors who want to "go where they're treated best".
    Work with Andrew: nomadcapitalis...
    Andrew has spent the last 11 years studying and personally implementing the Nomad Capitalist lifestyle, and has started offshore companies, opened offshore bank accounts, obtained multiple second passports, and purchased real estate in a total of 20 countries.

    These days many people tend to be loud or over the top in order to stand out. Especially our generation. Glad to see you don’t do this.
    Would really appreciate if you were able to do a video “how to pay zero (near zero) GST/Sales tax” as a seller of product into a high tax country.

    In this video, u made the "luxury life style V.S comfort zone" semantic, which can become a metaphysical question for nomad .

    On a serious note. I just buy Real Estate & take the depreciation & have my CPA's set up everything properly & legally. Bases in Alaska, Florida, & New Hampshire, other investments & pay close to zero income tax legally... Gonna incorporate your strategies also, but I don't ever see myself renouncing the Citizenship of my beloved USA. If you have a high income & your smart, you can legally pay close to zero income tax, & be a U.S. citizen & travel the world too! The 2 keys to this strategy is you must own a business that earns you a high income & you must invest in / buy real estate that fits your personal Federal Income Tax parameters so you can take the depreciation & write it off yearly, which will result in a near zero Federal Income Tax owed situation. You also must live in states w/ no state income tax!!! The U.S. tax code has & always shall be written for the wealthy!!!
    ¿Andrew am I missing something?

    Andrew, how about nomad families with kids!?

    • @user-vx2wp1ez5s
      @user-vx2wp1ez5s 5 ปีที่แล้ว +3

      Realistically, having kids makes a nomadic approach problematical. The local schools in many offshore centres tend to be pretty poor, and international schools, though better, typically charge so much in fees that it can wipe out all of the other financial benefits. I've had family return to the UK for this reason.

    I don't think a HNWI wants the hassle of being a nomad, so...
    Considering one really wants to keep travelling perpetually AND doesn't want to get caught by some country's tax "trap", life will always have to be planned in advance. That means some degree of freedom will be taken away. Even the ultra-rich people will be tied to Monaco for life if they don't want to pay a dime as tax.
    If freedom is the ultimate luxury, then one cannot shun taxes at any cost - you just try to minimize them.

    Hi - Great info
    How does this Trifecta / perpetual traveler lifestyle work with the need to be able to show that they have tax residency in some country, even for just banking purposes.
    If one has to spend a minimum 183 days in a country to obtain tax residency then it makes the PT lifestyle lifestyle more a bit difficult.
    Or are there low or non tax countries where one can obtain tax residency by spending less than 183 days? Maybe 90 days?
    Thanks again for the quality content.

      One single example: Dubai. You can show up there for as few as 1-2 days every 6 months in order to renew your residence visa.

    • @dwlof
      @dwlof 5 ปีที่แล้ว

      @@rubensnogueira3199 Thanks for that.
      Yes I actually was aware of that fact ie that residence visa for Dubai / UAE can technically be kept by spending a minimum of 1-2 days there every 6 Months, however I was not aware if that residence permit automatically equates to a fiscal residency. Especially if someone spends less than 183 days there.

    You think rich people don't already do that? The whole Digital Nomads lifestyle was imitating the lifestyle of rich kids but without being rich, I think it's not going to be a thing in 10 20 years tho, we already are seeing people leave china bc of the high prices, and the more third would countries fix their economy and become second-first world, less places for not Lamborghini rich kids there will be.

    I lived in San Francisco and Saigon as a nomad. I like people in Saigon but it’s not comfortable, however SF magnificent but people weird. NYC and London it’s really great weekly tourist cities. KL is built nicely but overall people not quite developed and intelligent.
    Tbilisi maybe okay but being from one of Soviet republics I’d say they probably tend to care only about themselves so huge ego.
    Armenia is the country that can check your reality 😜
    In summery I think nomads will discover businesses that can avoid taxes. Something like cryptocoins but new stuff. Real estate will continue to drop. It’s was the baby boomer’s assets. Because simply no need for crowded downtowns in remote jobs and fast anywhere delivery reality. I personally want to buy modern Villa or residential in Mediterranean area with great community (especially beautiful girls) and outside of EU and no radicals.
