You make a good point, but even cup and spoon sizes vary. I'd advise you to cook like our grandmothers did - use proportionate measures. It becomes easier to cook even when quantities are grossly more. Happy cooking!

I am not a good cook. I hardly cook as my wife takes care of that. Right now she is in Kolkata for some reason and I need to cook myself. I have cooked this item before but this time when I decided to follow the BongEats way, it was the best Alu Fulcopi I have ever prepared.
