In this episode we traveled to the Copart Salvage Auction in Knoxville, TN and found a nice 2nd gen Toyota Tacoma that could use a rescue. We decided to try and take it home with us. We got the High bid and completely transformed the look of this old truck. Follow along with us as we Bid and buy this truck the highs and lows of an auction car.
We painted it all over and pulled out the Black Widow 2.0.
THANKS FOR WATCHING AND SUBSCRIBING
13K for a truck that will last you a decade is a fair deal.
I think so probably price it for $12,900 and give someone a good deal
Once again great job guys. You should at least get 16,000.00 for it
I own a clean 2012 extended cab Tacoma with 88,000 miles and was offered $20,000 by a guy when my wife and I was Sunday shopping for a car for her at a lot !!! Very tempted to sell, but started looking at what $20,000 would buy to replace it. I know what I have and was somewhat shocked at what trucks are going for nowadays. I'll keep what I have.
You have a GEM of a truck
I have a 2009 toyota tacoma 4x4 extended cab with 27,846 original miles. Still looks brand new. It will be with me for a long long time.
Orange Wire 'Tacoma' has built more Toyota Tacoma than other truck on this channel. I'm a Tacoma fan myself and I love watching Tacoma build on this channel. Great video and great work ❤❤❤❤
Tacomas are my favorite trucks can you tell ?
Nothing runs like a yoter, except a ram 1500 hemi of course. Bold move of the cameraman to wear khakis in the paint booth. Great work guys can’t wait to see the profit
This truck will definately go fast! I like the camper top!
The camper too suits this long bed it’s a nice truck and you know what I bet you are right it won’t last long
Hey I saw that air hose! It seems like a nice truck I think you could get $12-13k at least. I love this channel!
Did you see a run in the tailgate? I’ll never tell.
Those trucks, and high mileage are going for over 20 k up here in Canada. Total of 8800 that's a steal😳
$20k would make my day! Thanks for watching
Great vid. Good value buy. I’d list at 15k especially with camper.
I’m picking up what you are throwing down, was thinking about pricing it for $12900 and give someone a good deal .
Another great build! I would say $13 or 14K for the truck.
Thinking about pricing it for $12,900 and giving someone a good deal. It’s a great little truck!
$15k all day maybe up to $17k if you're patient.
Take the money and run. Cost around $8900?Anything over $11000 would be awesome
We just need a little bit to buy something else for the channel so yes take the money and run
@@OrangeWiresGarage The truck looks good. You did an awesome job. Just price it to sell. Cover your expenses grab a profit and move on to the next one. I have a friend in the business. His best deals are the cars or trucks who leave his yard the fastest. He prefer take $1000 on a truck if he can dump it in less than 24hours.
That is a truck that will run another 200k...she won't last long. Someone is gonna throw some dog cages in the back and have a nice hunting truck for sure!!!
It turned out pretty sweet! Thinking about pricing it for $12900 and giving someone a good deal!
Probably 16k.is worth..nice job..
I'd be interested to know what the mechanical condition is. I know those 4.0's last forever, and if everything is in great shape, I think 11 - 12k would be a bargain. In the PNW, these can go for 13 - 15K with 200k miles if they are in good mechanical shape and the frame isn't rusted out.
The truck runs drives and shifts perfect the 4wd is working as well. The only issue is a tpms sensor in a wheel. The frame is in great shape this truck spent its whole life in Tennessee and Alabama
How can a vehicle that is crashed can still be clean title?
That is a great question and I guess the answer is it wasn’t crashed enough to salvage it out? Thanks for watching
