Bro, there was one time I wa fishing with my cousins and one of them had something that was putting up a fight, we reeled it all the way in and... it was a goddamn traffic cone
You should invest in a landing net. Much healthier for the bigger fish (Like the rainbow trout), so they dont slap against stones/concrete etc., especially when doing catch & release. And also it prevents further injuries that may be caused by the hook
We can buy them online and print them out here in Arizona. They made it where a store that sells them can charge extra on top of the license for like a convenience fee. You don't pay that if you buy directly from the state and you get the option to print it out if it gets damaged. If you get it from a store it becomes a lot harder.
Same as nj you can buy them online print it out at home and then they'll send you the paper one in the mail. Very simple very user friendly and takes about a minute or 2 and you have your license
In Minnesota you can buy online and print it as well, I watched my dad do it. But when I went to buy my first ever fishing license I had to go to a “licensed dealer” for some reason
I'm from Alberta, Canada. We have an app too. Not only can you get your fishing license on that app but your hunting license too, along with interactive maps of the region you're in with the complete list of rules as to what you're allowed to keep within which season......pretty sweet!
@@ejce. AlbertaRELM It's where you can get your license online instead of going to Canadian Tire or Cabela's The entire fishing regs are on there....but to be fair, unless you use it everyday, I find the navigation a bit confusing. I was looking at a spot to wet my line, thank goodness I left my rods in the jeep the game warden drove up to me with lights flashing. He asked me what I was doing there because it was closed off because the fish were spawning. No signs. He told me to look at the regulations because it would show that on there. I looked at my phone I bet you for 2 hours I couldn't find it! But he was nice enough when he realized I wasn't fishing but just looking.
10:42 In Southafrica you can either go to a postal office an apply for a annual or monthly permit. But you can also just register on the government website and pay online, you can either print out the permit or just have a digital copy on hand.
Georgia native here. We also have an app. Georgia and South Carolina also have an agreement for fishing waters ( I know savannah river definitely) where you can cross state lines and your Ga fishing license will suffice for following waters into South Carolina. They won't require to have another license for their state. But the case stands because I'm pretty sure there are several rivers like that and we also have Lake Burton which is split in the middle between our two states.
Yo man, try fishing that wacky rig a little slower! It excels sinking on a slack line, pop it a few times after you fully let it sink each time. Works like a charm
If you’re going back at that koi you should try this method I’ve used for the koi and carp near me!!! I hook a broken bobber semi big 3 inch high size with bread and jello strabwrrry flav inside of it so the bluegills have a feast! Also the bobber placement is 2ish feet away ussually from the hook it 3 feet if the carp picky. Hook size 4 o eagle claw something thick and strong for the bread it’s gonna hold Then I slice like 1/3 of wonder bread white or flavorful ones but I dump jello strwbry mix on top too or no jello mix depeing the carp Ps if you squish the bread it will sink so you gotta overlap it and have the hook point exposed the rest hidden🪝
in South Carolina we have an app for all our hunting and fishing License, you can also chose to get a paper card as well. I have the app but carry a paper copy just in case I get stopped where I have no cell service. The app is awesome , you can see all your stuff and renew everything right in the app and it show instantly.
You should try a Cuban yoyo hand line. Use 20 lb mainline and dropshot rigs with once oz bank sinkers and scale down for creeks. Cast masters work great on handlines to
For us in Virginia, we can buy our license in app on phone and show our licenses that way or if you still old school, you can go in store and buy license there and sync your license with your phone after you pay for it.
I’m in Minneapolis MN and my buddy and I had to go to Walmart and fleet farm to get licenses. This was our first fishing license so we couldn’t do it online for some reason, also the gas stations don’t sell them here apparently, even though the internet says they do (I think the dnr website). Bunch of bs maybe next year will be online and easy cuz they got my info
Hey firststate I too am from Delaware I’m just wondering where it is that this creek is I’ve been itching for some trout fishing recently but all I have is a pond in my backyard that all we stocked was bass
i had a box just like this i got on amazon with the same hooks i used the small and smallest hooks in that box and have caught monster bowfin and bass with them i like, they seem to be a lot stronger than the majority of hooks i've used that were made in the usa
I need a good micro fishing spinning rod and reel anything you recommend? Ive been watching you for awhile and ive seen you do budget stuff and any opinion woulf help!
I do wonder if, with these Cheap-Ass bulk buys, if we are supposed to wash or prep the lures in some way first. I know the bobbers in the bulk kit I bought lasted only a couple of minutes before they took in water and sunk.
Louisiana has both fishing licenses, i prefer paper because if you fall in the water your phone could get toasted, least if you fall in the paper fishing license doesn't get destroyed.
Sweet trout but exactly your point is why I decided to stop fishing for them this summer. I had a few days last summer where some really nice trout that were hooked in the lip died on the surface out of my reach. Decided to shift to bass instead this year.
If a tick just bites you and jump off you are good. If a tick stays and keep sucking you need to remove it. Good tips is to check your body when you get home after a day out in the wild
I’ve fished in Missouri, New Mexico, my home state Texas in the past year and they all have an app. Very convenient. Don’t gotta stop at the store and buy a license.
We have an App in Ohio for fishing/hunting licenses. Also tells all the regulations and all kinds of outdoor related info like camping, boating, even bird watching. Makes it really easy to renew, buy and manage your game licenses
We have an app in Oklahoma and I’m thankful for it because I don’t have to bother with going in person to get my fishing license or having it in my wallet
I’m currently in Florida and I have been fishing every day for the past 3 weeks and have not caught a single fish I’ve tried different poles different hooks different baits different weights different rigs and even different colors I’ve fished at least 10 different body’s of water and just can’t get anything not even a bite. Any tips?
Any good fish catches recently?? What've yall been going for?🤔🎣
34" pike!
I caught a 6pound bass my pb
I have caught something big today 👀
@@zombiebitefishingnice!
we caught about 60 spanish and bonita a few weeks ago and i caught a 35 lbs mahi but other than that it’s been pretty slow

I woulda been furious
That’s fuckin hilarious bro🤣😭
Caught a plastic bag putting up a fight last night.
Oh my the rarest thing you get. Did you keep it?
Same shi happened to me except I reeled in another mf fishing pole😂

The Domestic Stick Fish... now that's good eatin'! :)

so yes you can still do paper or option of paying in store and syncing on phone. as long as you have your information correct on both systems.
Where is that creek at
U need to catch that Danny phantom fish for sure 😂
Those little ponds at the end. Is that by newark on paper mill?
yo!you should try the westin predator advent calendar,it's so good for pike
If you want to catch one of those trout don’t put 2 worms just hook one worm one time so it is super natural
Theres creeks in Delaware?
In South Carolina we have a app also that we can pull up our license on
Hows your leg been doing? when should you be able to kayak again, those videos were crazy!
Leg is great. Thanks for asking. Back at it this upcoming spring.

Up here in Minnesota I don’t see game warden all that often but we still have paper licenses 😂
They used to hold bass fishing contests outta those ponds at the end they just got fished out I think I'm there like twice a month

the round ones arent drop shot weight they are called link heads or cheburashka and you put a hook on one end and tie your line on the other

Netted a few pinfish. Caught a 19 inch speckled trout.
I would open the box a bit further from the creek.I am surprised you didn't accidentally drop something into it.
You know Delaware you can buy your license online and just take a pic of it on your phone. I haven't bought a paper license in a few years
Lots of soft plastics in there, I’m sure I could make some of them work. Walleye and pike hit anything soft that’s worked slow up here.
