I've been riding bikes for 35 years. I can't WAIT for super fast charging and decent ranges. Another 5 years, I guess for them to become mainstream and we can listen to Boomers about how much better bikes used to be in their day.
Hope you give FortNine credit for using his footage!! Would be nice if you were consistent with Kilometers or Miles when noting range... (Versus just reading manufacturer literature...).
Definitely 100k a hefty price! It's amazing how high-end electric motorcycles can get. There are plenty of more affordable options out there, though. If you want I can make a specific video on those. Just let me know!
@Techwowofficial yes please, if I can pay for a taxi for a year while I wait for a full license then buy a used car for less total money than the bike (10k) it's just not worth it.
I checked out the Verge TS and I was impressed. It was my first time ever being introduced to an electric motorcycle. I might purchase it in the near future.
That's awesome to hear! I'm glad I could introduce you to electric motorcycles. The Verge TS is definitely a standout. If you decide to go for it, you're in for an amazing ride!
It always amazes me when people who have no interest in motorcycles or cars review them. It is painfully obvious all you do is citing the brochures, if you had the slightest idea about motorcycles and what makes them enjoyable to ride you'd realize none of these appliances even come close.
Why not? Just because they don't make any noise? Shifting gears is fun and all but I can do without the crap fueling and throttle response we're getting these days on some bikes. My next bike will be electric for sure. I've been driving an EV for a few years and the quiet, drama-free instant torque can't be beat.
It also amazes me how people that have no interest in electric motorcycle technology, click on videos just so that they can throw shade on said technology. Get over yourself and your inability to see through your exhaust smoke.
Best bike in the USA maybe. But we have better in Australia. Savic motorcycles are delivering a far better product than these bikes and a far better price point. A 40kw, 160nm, 150km range Delta with brembo brakes, TFT, wireless updates and perfectly tuned balanced handling costs only $20k aud. A clear winner.
Wow! I must have missed it during my research. I really love the cafe racer style vibe it's giving, and from the specs you mentioned, that too at this price. It's definitely one of the top contenders! Thanks for sharing!
Ah! Seems like Sondors' lineup might be undergoing some changes. I tried to check their website, but it seems to be down too. Your heads-up is super helpful in keeping our content on point. Thanks for reaching out!"
Ah, I see what you mean now! You might be referring to the glitch transitions in the Damon footage. Yeah, those can be a bit jarring sometimes. But for me personally, I find them to be in the spirit of futuristic tech. They add this cool, edgy vibe that aligns perfectly with the high-tech theme of electric motorcycles. But thanks anyway for pointing that out! It's cool to hear different perspectives on editing styles.
@Techwowofficial if you look at the riders helmet as he's moving along, you keep seeing it duplicated - another ghostly image in front and then behind itself. It's at around the 4:23 mark. It reminded me of AI photos where you get people with mysterious third hands and the like. Some cool tech on display though in the video overall.
That seems frustrating. It's disappointing when resale values don't reflect the value you perceive in your vehicle. Have you found any other positives about your Zero bike that make up for the resale value?
the sondors metacycle does not exist. sondors is defunct, they delivered a tiny amount of bikes with not even close to what they promised, and left other buyers in the rain. a video discussing 2024 motorcycles should know this as it happened last year.

There's definitely some truth to the concerns about Sondors, given their recent struggles and customer issues. Damon, however, seems to be on firmer ground. It’s may be fair to say that Sondors has significant credibility issues, but labeling both companies as scams is an overstatement.
@@Techwowofficial Damon is vaporware through and through, what kinda company takes reservation money then keep pushing back the promised date for more than 3 years now and theyre not even close to production.
