@GrabLifeByTheGourlays damn, you guys were keen! We wanted to get it done before the new baby arrived! Not sure if the new truck will be too big for the old tele! Hope you guys are travelling well. 👍👍🍻🍻
@@VetinaVan Well Deb found out she was preggers with Emily the day before we left! We are travelling well thanks!👊🏽How good is it after the grader's been through? We thought the PDR corrugations were bad when we went through until we just did the Gibb! Awesome episode guys!
@Scalihoo yup the cruiser and lotus ate up the PDR no dramas, would have loved to have done some more of the old telegraph track but we didn't organise a convoy. Leave something for next time! 🍻🍻🍻
@craigtomkinson2837 thanks mate, it's a great part of the country. And we got some great contacts for next time. Hopefully to get out to the remote communities to do some animal management work. 👍👍
For some bizarre reason the idea of doing The Cape when it's wet appeals to me. Not sure why. Doubtless cleaning the first couple of inches of red mud off everything would soon rid me of that compulsion! I didn't realise the PDR had so much black top though. We'd be inclined to relax and take our time too and just see what the place has to offer. It must have been so tempting to try to break the speed record, your vehicle/van, and/or the record for the highest towing bill by belting through that water crossing - how on earth did you resist? 🙄 Love the 'hamster cupboard' (of course) and we are frequent users of the term: 'to hamster away' in our own pantry. Looking forward to the next one. Safe travels.
@contributor7219 we are far tp boring to do any of that 'cool' stuff!! We love just taking our time nice and slowly, never in a rush to get anywhere. So much easier in the car and van if you take things slow! Although sometimes it is tempting to 'send it', however, common sense usually prevails! 😀👍
Great Ep! Thanks for sharing
@4x4vanintow48 thanks guys, safe travels! 🍻🍻👍
Ahhh, takes us back when we did it in a rooftop tent with a 10month old! Love it!🙌🏽

Camera definition too low, blurs the video annoyingly in parts.
@bobr6555 Thanks Bob, which bits were blury, the video is in 4k resolution, so could be TH-cam crunching it down if bandwidth is slow on your device?
