If you lift it 3.5" or so, you should put in a 1" subframe drop to put everything back into a normal alignment. Proportionally the same thing with higher lifts but I don't know any specs off the top of my head. If you do the 3.5/1 then you won't need to do anything else. I'm not sure when things stretch too much for stock parts

Do I need to do anything extra when lifting? For example, by lowering the reducer? Should I extend the drive shafts?

35 inch tires with 4 inch body lift and around 1inch from the air suspension
