Blessed I got to work with Good Compenny and be a part of the journey. Legendary movement and artist!
I know this looks amazing but people got to understand everybody has to be participating. Got to have people willing to go that route with you and there has to be quality like what was said earlier. Pay attention. He said his dad was involved early on. He has a chick doing a lot of things to keep the machine going, the people who down to see things through with you you’re the main take away I get from all of this.
In that case you have to go out and find those people that believe in the vision and YOU have to give them something to believe in. It's not impossible, it's how some of the greatest companies have been formed. Key is giving them something to believe in. He had to put in the work BEFORE people believed or hopped on board. So really it starts with you.
@@starterpvck2043that's dare I say nearly impossible. Strangers aren't going to just believe. Industry professionals aren't going to just believe. You have to pay these people. Which if you notice is one of the key things of this guys model. His family/team are all shareholders. I don't think many are going to be able to pull off what he's doing.

You put in the work by yourself and when you get to a point where people see value by believing in what you’ve build you hire them… People may even be willing to make less just because they believe in the bigger picture. Of course strangers would, we’re on the internet brother. For example Jack Harlow and Druski met online. Jack asked Druski to come on tour with him (both dead broke at the time), all he could accommodate was a shared hotel room with the team in return for opening at his shows with a comedy routine. Look at them today, they both believed in each other, and were complete strangers.
