Hiking in Singapore: Hampstead Wetlands Park

Visited Hampstead Wetlands Park at The Seletar Oval. Great for a short leisure walk plus a visit to the cafes nearby. Spotted lots of birdwatchers too! Enjoy nature upclose at the scenic boardwalk :)

Great place to unwind and reconnect with nature, avoid going there on weekends tho a lot of bird enthusiasts 😅 Missing my Sengkang hood (Fernvale), after office hours I usually bike here.

Another small park you might want to exploder is Springleaf Nature Park at Upper Thomson Road which you can walk all the way down to Lower Seletar Reservoir at Yishun. I witness a monitor lizard eating a large fish, once at Springleaf Nature Park and once at Lower Seletar Reservoir.

Cycle further in pass the aerospace company building and you will reach Seok Seng 1954 Bicycle Cafe.
