White nails and curry sauce 😂 Add loads of roasted potatoes and baked tofu to your next vegan meal to make it a challenge without too much fibre! But if you increase your fibre slowly you should be able to eat more of it more easily! Please do a giant nice cream challenge (frozen bananas blended a bit of plant milk until the right texture) and loads of toppings! (Vegan chocolate sauce, whipped cream, sprinkles, cherries etc!) Ive always wanted to eat loads of nice cream but never have enough frozen bananas!
loved the beans rhyme, bit different to the childhood one I was taught - bean beans good for your heart, the more you eat the more you fart, the more you fart the more you eat, the more you site on the toilet seat!
I know the sweats well. If i eat anything hot(temperature not spice) and its over 70 out(even in ac), full on like a workout sweat ensues. The PB sweat is real(or im just wrecked from tick bites) 🤦🏼♂️🤠
I have had some very good vegetarian/vegan dishes in Indian and Somali restaurants. I enjoyed myself. Though I have to have some meat most days, the lack of it does not bother me as a change of pace. Though with all that fiber I would be making Katina sleep outside.
