Kinda sucks this more geared to team play (yes solo is an option against a scaled up behemoth) but for we players with no friends it does make it harder to get the gauntlet currency. Why not create a solo board like trials? For titles along the lines of 'last stand' or 'Lone Hero'
They wanna encourage you to bring new friends into the game by force by making solo shit, it kinda sucks but it's not a terrible idea. The game's LFG channel on Discord is still super active, if they allow us to look for guilds there now then it shouldn't be a problem finding people to play Gauntlet with at all

There’s next to zero reason to ever play multiplayer as it is, but now they not only want us to play with other people, but use their non-functional social/guild system to do it. I guess I don't particularly see the value in trackers. Is it like an ingame ACT tool basically? I was hoping there'd be an option to maybe hit a certain threshold with each tracker "fill it" so to speak and then cash it in for a reward.
Shields created would be a nice tracker to have, damage blocked with shields would be weird though like damage taken that you blocked with shields? it's rewarding you for making mistakes and getting hit then, would be really lame to grind that
Dauntless had that, actually, and they removed it, because it just led to a lot of toxicity. People would shit on people endlessly for using “trash” builds and be fucking relentless.
This is the only video that I've come across the actually explains what the weapon tracker is because nobody else seems to be talking about it. I downloaded the games some time late last year and I played it for about a month. Now I have decided to come back and play the game again a lot has changed. I'm not in a guild so I guess I won't be getting those mods although I don't think I will have much use of it anyway.

getting Aetherhearts is still pretty important, you will need more than 70 Aetherhearts to make builds (unless you only play 1 weapon then don't worry about it) so you'll likely have to go past 10 at some point for that. Unless you just farm sparks and craft them I guess
I don't really get the point of trackers. Do they add something on your stats or are they just here to keep a mental note of what you did with a chosen weapon ?

Hey I have a question… if my guild’s highest level completed is level 10 and I complete level 11 solo. Why does it not count (why doesn’t the highest level go to 11)?? Does the count only affect parties not solo play? Also I have a full guild (idk if that matters).
There are more than just 20 levels, they just unlock once you reach level 20. You get a crest every 5 gauntlet levels, and another crest for when your guild completes that level. So to get max rewards, your guild would need to complete the level, and you yourself would need to complete that level. As for the cells, you can now get them in the same ways as any other typical cell
You'll be able to replace them with a different tracker, but they will track from when you equip them, so you'll lose that tracker progress if you choose to replace it
Does anyone have a guild I never joined a guild and when I did they were always offline and I have no friend that plays the game because they always stab me in the back 😢
So you are telling me we didn't get any content for over half a year for a gamemode that doesn't give any rewards besides 3 garbage cells and weapon trackers? A mode that you cannot reforge in and need a good guild for to even compete? I really thought they couldn't make worse decisions than they did but this tops it once again... A game that is not only easier solo but most good people play solo implementing a mode that forces you to have good teammates while undermining their main game mechanic, reforging. AND IT DOESN'T EVEN GIVE ANY REWARDS... Like don't get me wrong trackers are fun to have but just nothing i would ever farm for... No armor, no weapons, no skins just trackers and garbage cells for a mode that is intentionally hardcore and requires not only any teammates but good ones... Even thinking about it hurts... This really feels like a mode only made for the top 1% of grindy speedrun players who have contact with each other...

Multiple hunt passes in play and they still can't offer us anything new. The cosmetic passes don't even refund plat anymore but I would still buy them if they had anything new. They literally can't take my money despite my willingness, which seems like incompetence coming from a company not shy about loving money. Trackers? No, they can shove those where the sun doesn't shine, what a pathetic excuse for content. Don't even get me started on the reward cache.

This will encourage slayers to keep hunting, while putting to good use all the unused behemoth parts us veterans accumulated. C'mon now...Who wouldn't want to sport some GRAND Torgodoro Armor, that requires 10x's the parts to obtain?

You are getting most if not all behemoths in the gauntlet even key stone behemoths. All I can say that coming up with a new behemoth design, play style, armor design, weapon design, weapon unique effect(if it has one). Takes a lot of time to do. Plus the dauntless team isn’t as big as Capcom and Blizzards teams. So content and updates don’t come out as frequent as we like.
I like the idea of stat trackers but why tf did they make them consumables smh Should be just an option to turn on or off whenever you want to test builds or check your stats midgame etc. I‘m not going to play the new game mode more just because of this new currency. Either the game mode is fun and keeps you playing and enjoying it or it‘s not and people will go back to what they‘ve played before.

What a mediocre update that just ended up recycling content and pushing out more trash cells. I haven't used a new cell since pulse since they don't ever fit into the meta. Then the only other worthwhile thing they add is trackers. Sure, it's cool to see that stuff, but no one cares. People can see your level of a weapon and instantly gauge how capable of a player you are. The trackers are meant to fill a large, empty void of content that the game desperately needs. If the devs actually took the time to focus on creating worthwhile content, the game would probably be in a much better place than it is now. It's just sad how many updates and "new" behemoths are just recycled and renamed versions of previous behemoths. At least these behemoths have trash gear that I will never want to use. Give me something worth my time and I'll give my time, but repeating the same thing gets old after a while.

Gauntlet is just an escalation without an end and with bigger health pools and more danger, new cells are not worth it, weapon trackers.. no one asked for those and.. oh yeah that's it. There are more than just 20 levels, they just unlock once you reach level 20.

What a mediocre update that just ended up recycling content and pushing out more trash cells. I haven't used a new cell since pulse since they don't ever fit into the meta. Then the only other worthwhile thing they add is trackers. Sure, it's cool to see that stuff, but no one cares. People can see your level of a weapon and instantly gauge how capable of a player you are. The trackers are meant to fill a large, empty void of content that the game desperately needs. If the devs actually took the time to focus on creating worthwhile content, the game would probably be in a much better place than it is now. It's just sad how many updates and "new" behemoths are just recycled and renamed versions of previous behemoths. At least these behemoths have trash gear that I will never want to use. Give me something worth my time and I'll give my time, but repeating the same thing gets old after a while.

yeah.. this update is a big floop. Gauntlet is just an escalation without an end and with bigger health pools and more danger, new cells are not worth it, weapon trackers.. no one asked for those and.. oh yeah that's it. Where are stuff the community actually wants? Like new weapons for christ's sake.
new weapon, more new monsters, new islands, new gamemode for both solo and squads, man I miss Sky Fishing
would love to see fun little modes for casual players and giving more freedoms for all slayers, give them the choice to play in a squad or solo
and better rewards than Trackers that nobody ask, it should've been in the game If you wanna know your stats, like in a journal or something lmao

Im sorry but trackers are the rewards??? Worst reward ever....hopefully the new behemoth would come out soon because this update just sucks.
I'm happy for old Ramsgate but the gamemode is just not worth it. Hopefully next update would be better
