Also friendly reminder, you need an 32 MB at the minimum SD card to back up your nand, mine wasn't compatible either but idfk how i did it, but i got it working! I have the back up nand on my computer and it wasn't boot2 compatible, im not very tech savy ao correct me if any of this sounds right or wrong.
Iirc You can't downgrade your Wii to a version lower than what the console was shipped with, or it leads to a brick. I.e. if your console shipped with 4.0, you cannot downgrade to 3.8
You could also delete your nand on the wii to permanently brick your wii, just a sugestion. But thanks for the tutorial! I bricked 10 wiis with this tutorial!
Considering all of the extremely weird and dangerous shit he’s been doing with the system menu (downgrading your Wii system menu is super dangerous and generally is not recommended), iOS, and channels, yeah it’s pretty likely this is a brick.
This is a brick. Downgrading the system menu is _extremely_ risky so it's not surprising that this happened. Don't mess with your ios/region/version unless you know what you're doing.

A good way to be saved if you do a brick is basicly before put an channel copy literally all the content in the SD card paste it in your PC desktop and if it bricks you can simply delete the content and put the copy on the SD card! ( or you can delete the channel or theme that bricked your wii but i didn't test doing it. ) and you can still use priiloader to supert the devs.
I uninstalled my menu by accidentally pressing backup on bootmii, it ran for nearly the first line, i quit by powering off and tried restore, ended up giving me no signal when going into the menu, however, the homebrew channel works. Ill call it bricked and fix it. EDIT: I used a NAND creating tool to fix it, it is now fixed.

I low level bricked mine by uninstalling cfw and unplugging the a/c cord in the process. It was totally dead afterwards and I finished the job by smashing the Wii with an actual brick. Fuck it.
That won’t work. It will give you an error saying that it cannot read the disc or it will just spit it back out (the disk). You can banner brick if that’s what you are talking about.

He was editing his nand (system hardware) so many times and kept deleting and installing channels downgraded especially the system menu which was a bad idea and finally he thought it was a good idea to just delete the system menu which caused a brick Sorry if anything didn't make sense.

It's fine if you can follow guides. You can have a good time with a softmod/homebrew. But if you go into not recommended territory like this guy, or just push buttons without understanding them, then you risk having a bad time.

You should have a boot.elf file and a boot.nand file
I think you wanted to write 32 gb, but the nand is only 0.5 g so a 4g sd card should do it

The system files are corrupted screen dosent mean your Wii is bricked. Sometimes you may get it while switching through menus.

You can restore the nand fully again and it will work

Why did you try to restore the nand? Also, bootmii warns you about overwriting the nand before writing it to the SD card.

Did you try physically hitting your Wii with a brick? That could be the reason, It worked for me when I tried it.
Now I know that I should not mess with the default channels that is included in the Wii

well, the only way to recover it is to reflash the nand with some tool

Common issue with sketchy or low quality channel banners/WADs. A reboot will likely fix.
