you can spec into it still if you want, it's just a bit less optimal (admittedly it would be nice if it turned into a proc on use of another spell)

Question about "commander tip": do I understand correctly that if all mobs close to commander dies - he stops casts bolstering shout even if you move him to another pack? Like if all mobs close to commander A are dead and you move them to pack with commander B, only commander B will be casting bolstering shout?

All commanders but the literal last one before the boss will stop casting it when the mobs in their respective pack are dead regardless

How did you get that early flurry strike? Did the weak aura just not read the energy you had from before the key started?

you can pre-stack it in certain dungeons

@ interesting only thing I’ve done is kill both adds and touch of death the second one so when the key starts you get the ToD 5% damage buff. Works in SV too.
