Been doing the OHP using smith machine seating on a bank. It's the exercise I personally enjoy the most, massive game changer
The only one that is relatively pointless is the bamboo press. The instability is stupidly inefficient at generating power, thus giving less stimulis to your muscles for no added benefit. Unless you need specific types of stability for a specific sport which is quite rare, any types of training for stability is pointless.

I love pressing with a barbell. Dumbbells are fine, too. But nothing feels quite like a barbell.
