The message arrived at a time when I really needed to see that I had to give myself more understanding and support during this period of recovery. My husband read it, too, and it gave us a better ground for discussing my situation and deciding to take some further medical action. I had been resistant to taking a medication that could help but thinking about this in the long run I saw that I needed to accept that kind of support, not just keep trying to tough it out. The information you gave me has really made a difference in my life, Alysa. I can't thank you enough. I pray there will be some good options out there for your situation, too.❤🙏❤

It's something I have stayed away from in general because with family and friends it just seems like an overwhelming thing to keep up with. I realized now I can just set enough boundaries to deal with it.❤
