First a person melts the lead and pore the lead into lead casting die and makes the initial lead plate after that a person give it finishing and passes the plates to a person who apply a wet paste consisting usually of a mixture of lead and lead oxide to the grid. Grid is dried for at least 24 hours and then lead plates are stored in acid for another 24 hours.
Lastly a man put those lead plates together to restore an old lead acid battery.
That is how batteries are made.
