The check in agent was exceptionally good. Gave you brilliant info and advice as well as being thorough. Some agents are so miserable it made a change to see someone so good at their job!
I used to fly to Korea several times a year on business. Asiana is a great airline. They once asked me to delay my departure by about two hours and offered me a business class upgrade as compensation. Easy decision! 😅
Definitely the largest Air Seoul I've seen on TH-cam in the past number of years. glad to see it was nice and clean on the inside. The last thing you need is a dirty Air Seoul
From a South Korean viewer, hope you enjoyed the short stay in South Korea! A lot of people here don't fly often so it's no surprise a lot of people don't know about our low-cost airlines like Air Seoul and Fly Gangwon. Also, the notice on the front desk of the louge said "Please don't film inside the lounge" and i don't know why the staff didn't let you know. Maybe they were too busy or scared to tell you because you're a foreigner xd. But i'm sure it's no problem. I hope you visit again because there's lots of things to see inside the city. It could be kind of awkward with the people because most can only speak broken english or not at all but with a little bit of studying or a translator, i'm sure you'll have a great time.
Probably the height, and strange gingerness scared people. It does in the UK, well, except in Scotland where it is normal, especially wearing kilts with knives.
ICN is terrific. The biggest visitor complaint from the 88 summer Olympics in Seoul was Kimpo Airport. When Korea won the 2002 World Cup they had to build a new airport and ICN was built with a clean sheet of paper, on reclaimed land . We just flew Delta out of Terminal 2 last week.
Hi Noel. I flew once on a cheap-lowcost airline in Japan 5 years ago its name was or is ZIPAIR Tokyo (I don't know if it still opens) and it was one of the best surprise I 've never had in my life. Excellent food, good TV with movies, large legspace and even the airplane smelled nice. It was better than an usual business class on a "normal" airline. Thanks Noel for the ride Incheon-DaNang and as usual hugs from Colombia
Try Bamboo airlines Business in vietnam, It's super personal, they’ve have A350 and embraer 190 with business. It all feels like a small airline, they let me pickup my First card at the head office, came down and handed it over like it was pure gold 🙂
You will also find that most Asian cities are free of the terrible affliction of graffiti that ruins the optics of most European cities and transport systems.
even indian metro systems and other pblic transport station and vehicles are super clean and modern too! its just that everything else is unclean (aka the footopaths)
I feel like your reviews always assume that your going to have a positive experience and it’s almost a surprise when you find something wrong. Love that approach compared to some of the other travel TH-camrs who seem to almost be going out of there way to find something wrong. 👍🏾
Making me super jealous you going to South Korea.. Its my goal to go there as I love the culture, the language (learning it) and the way of life compared to where I'm from and brought up in
Once again Noel, excellent video! I really appreciate how polite and friendly you are to literally everyone! Also very impressive performance and service levels from This airline. Keep up the great work mate!
I flew on AIR SEOUL two years ago from Seoul (GMP) to Jeju (CJU). I think that it’s the best low cost carrier that I’ve flown on. Wish to fly with them again when all this COVID-19 is over. (btw. Incheon International Airport is in Incheon Metropolitan city, not Seoul)
Watching it from the beginning, from when you actually say it at 1:22 ,in that cheeky way, helps realising why you find it cheeky, otherwise, seeing the rest when you mention it properly, then it doesn't seem apparent...
The way Noel is able to keep a straight face while adding these hilarious Air Seoul innuendo jokes in is fantastic. 😂😂😂 also I realized he probably purposely wore the scat airlines shirt flying on Air Seoul

BTW they are serious about not going back on the train. A few years ago before the pandemic I was changing planes here. I was in the middle pier of gates. I heard about the outer pier had better seats for long layovers. So I went. After my snooze I tried to get back to my gate at the middle pier but found no way to get back even to the main terminal. I went to the flight desk where I caused quite a bit confusion. Finally , I was escorted back to the train via two very secured doors and alarms. This put me back on the inbound platform and then through security again. The staff was all smiles but I felt totally embarrassed as I should be.
Literally had to say "Air Seoul" out loud to myself 50 times after watching the video with some of the lines to finally get it 🤦♀️🤦♀️🤦♀️ Now I must rewatch the video 😆
With Asia (except Mainland China) slowly, but surely re-opening to the world especially for its airport lounges, you are the one of the famous aviation TH-camrs who can promote demand surging back into the Asia Pacific region!
In one of Anthony Bourdain last video’s he did an episode of Vietnam. It was one of my favorites. Barack Obama had lunch with Anthony. It was on the CNN travel videos.
Im so happy you're back in Asia. I travel Asia a lot so I'm always super interested in these ones. I will be getting a occasional traveler priority pass for my next trip for lounge access.

I have to say, I knew you would mention Air Seoul as much as you could, but whilst predictable, I was laughing every single time. Thank you for rememberance of childhood jokes at the ripe old age of 45. Lol
It's kind of neat to see what the airport looks like from the land side, since I've only ever transferred at Incheon. You've got to fly Asiana! Fantastic service and food, and general flight experience.
It says "Filming forbidden in the lounge" at the lounge counter in Korean... 🤣 Also, the aircraft interior looks suspiciously like an old Asiana configuration.

Something tells me Noel enjoyed saying the airline name as much as possible in this video. Love it!
Yes... this kept me laughing constantly....
I could tell
I agree! When I saw the title and placard, I couldn't possibly have guessed the answer but in retrospect it is hilariously obvious.
12:13 "So my Air Seoul made an appearance " 🤣 how can you say it with a straight face 🤣🤣🤣
It would have been brilliant if you had flown Air Seoul to Bangkok!
😂😂😂

The same as in China

This aircraft has IFE and is pretty comfortable because the aircraft was directly inherited from Asiana, a full service airline.

Its bizarre seeing everyone relaxed and polite at the airport compared to stressed out, rushed and rude in the uk airports. Lol
