Some of the best leather period. Sometimes in Mx leather consistency can vary, but these are always great leather.
Consistency is huge! The 2 pair I’ve had were both excellent

Just found your channel while snooping around the Salvador brand. I think you may have convinced me! I've been looking forever to try and find a snugger fitting MX glove. Now I just need to sell some shit so I can afford them haha.
These are definitely snug. I really like them!
Great Videos, but would be more interested to hear the fit/feel etc on a wrapped hand opposed to bare hand as thats how it would be worn when in use, as the sizing is then going to be different on if its to compact etc.

Going to keep pestering you about these since I haven't pulled the trigger yet. You mentioned the foam on the wrists being slightly larger and back. Has this changed at all as the glove breaks in?
It’s about the same, but no big deal. They have good wrist support, no issues there. I really like these gloves
Hi Jordan! I recently bought a pair of fly superlace x and I immediately fell in love with the snug fit! I've always wore mexican gloves (Cleto)and I admit that the hand compartment too large has never exalted me... these salvadors how are they fit?
14 oz Salvador HF are super compact and on weight at 14 oz. 16 oz Salvador HF are a good size; not large/oversized, but not really compact, just right in the middle and on weight at 16 oz

I like these HF versions better than the other I reviewed.
not sure how often you answer qs on old videos. How is the fingertips on yours? there has been a hole worn in the lining on the fingertip area on one of the gloves. Have you experienced similar?

Padding is holding up well. Personally, I’m not concerned about it
How do these compare to the sabas bella gloves?
I’ll do a video comparing them because there’s a lot to consider. Short answer is I like these more due to better materials and more consistent padding

Honestly.. i have had hand injuries so this glove is amazing.. my new favorite training glove and by far the best mexican style glove.. and I'm not a fan of mexican style gloves.

@@erickestrada1212 maybe some day I'll check em out.. all mexican gloves are amazingly made.. it's the comfort i have issues with. But usually mexican gloves, the stitching and leather are top notch.
@@ericmiranda1747 yeah same here thats why i don't like mexican gloves. Too uncomfortable. But the boxeo tm are the most comfortable

Coming in pure red and Sky blue soon
You can custom design them and they are often available in solid color ways as well (e.g. all red, blue, etc)

Do they have a really strong leather smell like other Mexican gloves? I know it’s sacrilegious to say, but I’m not a huge fan of the really strong leather smell just because it leaves my gym bag smelling like a factory lol.
Not very. Like, I have to get close to them to smell it. It’s not very strong, but it’s there if you get close.
Would you spar in these?
If they were 16 oz, yes
how do you compare these to winning 14 oz gloves?
Completely different glove. This is more compact, has parallel thumb vs slightly curved, and padding is softer. Both excellent gloves, but definitely very different
