for medic changes: each player should be randomly assigned a blood type (in the options you could then change how many blood types there are total, for balancing) and when they report a body, they learn the blood type of the killer, which would be shown in meetings. This is similar to the way it works now, but without the negative connotation
The lighter and darker color thing could easily be mitigated by making it warmer or cooler. Its basically the same idea but without racial connotations

The entirety of game 6 felt like a horror movie. There was always a man lurking while murdering the cast, trying to frame as many people as possible, and then when the main character has a lead, they find the true killer standing above another body. They lock eyes, and before our protagonist can do something, they brutalize our main character, who gets avenged later.
One small issue I think you run into with a Jester win not ending the game is that it doesn’t incentivize crew or imposters against just… letting them win? If Jesters going to be throwing out false info to try to get voted out, why not just vote them out to get rid of them?
I think having them take down someone with them makes it work. Jester distrupts the flow of information when it's alive, and once they're voted out, either party could be losing someone valuable.

If it’s a standoff, instead of trying to hunt the glitch down, the imposters can just kill and report to guess and/or outvote glitch. Or press the button and do that. It makes it really hard for glitch to win in what should be the most exciting part of the game
For neutral killing, maybe having 2 neutral killing enabled with only one being in a game at a time would work? You don't have the full chaos of all neutral killing enabled but then whatever neutral killing is enabled isn't a free guess for imposters. Either way it is fun watching neutral killing in the game.

Just realized that 2 imps vs Glitch on last 3 isn't actually fun. It's rare, but the imps almost always win. Why? They call sabotage, and hide in vents. Glitch can't kill, and can't fix both reactors at the same time. Even if that wasn't the case, imps have the advantage of knowing that the last person remaining is Glitch, while the Glitch only knows that there's one imp remaining. And if THAT wasn't enough, imps can just call meeting and guess Glitch. In order for a Glitch to win, ideally for Glitch, 1 imp needs to be voted or killed so that way the second imp can still kill while removing any chance of this scenario from happening (a 1v1 Glitch v. imp is even rarer)

Honestly, it almost seems like grenadier has a radius that hits ignoring LoS and then outside of that radius it's LoS to the radius.probably doesn't work that way, but that 's how it looked in that one game because some people hit didn't have LoS to the grenade origin.
Concept: transporter-bomber lovers, where the transporter tries to save bomber from their bomb. However, I think the timing would probably go wrong, especially with ping diff.
Part of me wishes Medic worked more like Guardian Angel, like have it be a neutral role and you win with whoever you've shielded, but that does overlap a lot with existing roles. Still could be an interesting role, maybe could also work like Lovers, where if the Medic is killed, then the shielded dies as well, could keep things balanced. So it would be more like a Lovers+ or Guardian Angel+.
