I have followed SG & RM for more than 12 years now and it is a huge blessing that we dharmiks have such intellectual giants guiding us in our effort to rediscover our dharmik identity. Our colonial past, Nehruvian socialism, Indic narratives through the lens of Marxist historians/intellectuals, Western universalist paradigm of society, culture & economy etc. had thoroughly muddled our thinking and the way we understood the world. These gentlemen, along with host of other great Hindu thinkers, have helped immensely in redefining an identity based on dharma traditions. My gratitude knows no bounds. Thank you Rajiv ji & Gurumurthy ji.

People who wrote indian constitution ( actually cut-past-copy from western constitutions !! ) were indians only from outside but thoroughly-100% westernised from inside ! . So what really happened in 1947 was that india slipped from visible british control to control by westernised indians (british indians). So the remote control continued albeit in an invisible way ! . The people whom we trusted as our own were actually britishers in Indian clothes !! ( nehru topi with khadi dress with a british mind ).
How was the indian constitution written ?
Was it really written from scratch ?
Was it written from the accumulated indian experiences / understanding of past & vision of future ?
Was it a Cut paste copy from the western constitutions ?
While the Congress leaders were in Ahmednagar jail in 1940s , they were discussing ther future constitution of free India post 1947. The British government allowed copies of documents of british constitution & related literature to be accessed & discussed by congress leaders !
Questions must be raised on the coordinated work of Dr Ambedkar himself !

You wonder WHY ? India has been still ruled by Remote Control.1947 independence was a sham too! Continuum of conspiracies is still ONGOING !!!! Five East India Companies were replaced with many many others. That's WHY !
2014 , Modi has started WAKING US out of our DEEP SLUMBER . Politically speaking .
INTELLECTUAL KSHATRYATWAM IS BEING AWAKENED BY OUR WELL-WISHERS LIKE SRI GURUMURTHI JI , SRI RAJIVJI AND A FEW OTHERS LIKE THEM. We are Eternally Grateful to these True Rishis.

i am just in awe with this guys. Every video of his is an eye opener for me and i believe for every Indian who wants to know their roots. He is empowering average Indian with the Grand India Narrative which was distorted deliberately by colonial rulers Nehru, leftist authors like Romila Thappr , westerners and more importantly their implanted sepoys for years. The govt still has a herculean task to correct the history books which treats our freedom fighters like Veer Sawarkar, Bhagat Singh and many more as terrorist. Each Hindus should do more research on our ancient scriptures to be enlightened and be able to stand firm and not be apologetic to western world. #LearnSanskrit #BelieveInYourHeritage #ReintroduceHinduismToHindu

Pujya Gurumurthyji +Rajivji = Vishva Gnyan Diwali Fireworks . घन्यवाद।
This discussion can become even more understandable by linking changes in state-religeon-economy models with the corresponding turning points in world history.Adam Smith 'Wealth of Nations' Political Economy model is linked with shifting community-sized industries from Bharat-Chin to empire-sized industries in England. The individual-protestant-capitalacommunism model - is linked with 'cake walk' conquest of the New World.Models were crafted by scholars for internal discourse after the fact. Then externally imposed in 1st phase by GUN until molded into a governable state. 2nd phase was UN governance of that state. 1st phase had treaties-laws-constitution-state; 2nd intl agrmnts& human rights.

I listened to the illuminating and inspiring speech Rajiv Malhotra gave in the British Parliament. I suppose that he can do a great favor to India by creating a platform for debates and brainstorming about how to improve the governance of Indian democracy. The present framework of the Constitution of India was written around late 1940's following the British parliamentary system. In last 70 years, India has grown in population by 4 times, number of political parties has increased by almost two orders of magnitude, there is an erosion of intellectualism among politicians (in comparison to Nehru era), India is competing against China and other far-East Asian countries that are extremely well-managed, politicians generally lack education and training, and so on. The concept of western democracy was founded in smaller European countries having one-tenth of India's population. This model fails in larger countries with huge diversity, staggering poverty, limited literacy, and so on. An unrestrained democracy with multiple combating political parties lead to the formation of coalition governments that struggle to survive and cannot undertake long-term constructive projects to forge the country forward.
Modernization of Indian democracy can be mooted through concerted discourses and deliberations by Indian intellectuals both in India and abroad providing the parliamentarians to upgrade the constitutional framework. Such open discussions will promote numerous questions that warrant reviewing.
Should the central government be strengthened by holding the national election once in 10 years?
Should the state elections remain once in 5 years to foster new political ideologies?
Should politicians be required to attend special administration institutes to improve effectiveness in their executive role?
Should there be a threshold requirement in terms of the number of parliament seats for a party to have the national status? Should there be multiple (4 or 5) autonomous zones in India being led by separate deputy prime ministers?
Many such important issues need to be publicly debated to enable Indian democracy for the future viability in terms of political stability, sustained economic growth, effective governance, utilization of human capital, and so on.

Shri Gurumurthyji has said very clearly that according to the instruction of his guru, Sri Kanchi Maha Periyava, he has chosen not to occupy any position of power (meaning any government office including a membership in the Rajya Sabha, which was offered to him by the BJP Government). We need many more independent thinkers without the entanglement of government office.

If western model is destined to fail , it is because its metaphysical foundation is flawed ! . As Gurumurthy pointed out Political Christianity( read Churchinity) , Islam (derived from the same abrahamic mold ! ) & ideologies like fascism & communism are all derivatives from the Christiandom. !
Fascism aroused & failed or was defeated in 1945 itself (life span was 15 yrs or less)
Communism failed in 1990s ( around 73 yrs of active life)
Christian saw its major split in medieval age with protestant movement & growing atheism in the west may be a major challenge
Islam ? The questioning has already started in an intense manner with 9/11 . But it seems that that a world war will settle that !
Only after ALL the western ideas are tried / tested & they fail , will the world turn to Dharmic vision !

Capitalism has pushed religion to the back seat in western countries, money has become their de facto God.. communism only leads to anarchy ,Marx was an anarchist..his Utopia of a stateless classless society sounds like a state of anarchy .. unbridled materialism, consumerism in a capitalist system will lead western societies to a point of degeneration where they will not only overthrow capitalism, but also abandon all kinds of authority and hierarchy and return to the state of anarchy

Voice to text of Dr. S Gurumurthy - 2
These principles informed the constitutional law even today. Example: during Emergency 1975-1977, rests on these principles.
The principle of eminent domain was not applicable prior to the British invasions.
Because the King had no right to take over others property. It is in Magna Carta, this was modified into "Pay the compensation and take the property"
But in India, even after paying compensation, The King had no rights to take the land, He had to purchase through the panchayat. The question of right to life was divine right, so there was no question of anybody taking away your right to life.
So, this Constitutional paradigm and economic paradigm aligned and rested on individuals. So how the democratic movement changed the ‘Divine right theory’, into what is known as "Social Contract" theory, by Hobbes, who said, we (Indians) are basically an anarchic kind of people, we cannot live together, We only kill each other. So we need a Leviathan state to make us behave, and so the state has all the powers, all the Rights. So he secularized the divine right theory into the State. Only one modification was brought about by John Locke said that it has to be an elected State.
Once we elect the State, the state has the same power. It can declare Emergency, it can acquire anyone's property, So the character of the State did not change. It is only that the people give consent every five years to the state to do the things which are divine right, King could do. So this is one paradigm.
Indian Context : But in India we didn't had this before the advent of Eurpoeans ruling us, but after emergency 1975-77, the Government said that the State has no right to touch the life of an individual. This is our original vision. Why its mentioned, Max weber & the entire polity, Economics, relationship between the state and the individual were shaped basically by the Christian discipline.
Conclusion : So God as authoritarian, absolute, to King becoming the absolute, to a State becoming the absolute especially democratically elected, this is the ruler-ruled relationship which has been consistent, quite different from ours.
Christianity destroyed all of the relationship and substituted the Church in place of everything. So it has really prepared the ground for Max Weber's theorization.
Bertrand Russell argues that, Karl Marx's Marxism is also Christianity substituting State for Church. The substitution of State for the Church was the function of the secular socialist movement.
