- Venezuelan migrants hoping to enter the United States from Mexico protest a new migration program, in Ciudad Juarez on the border with the United States. The new program grants legal entry to 24,000 people from the crisis-wracked country while deporting all those who cross the southern border illegally. "We are in limbo, the United States is not giving us a solution and neither is Mexico," says Venezuelan migrant Jesus Rivero.

Without a legitimate reason to be admitted to a country, no country is obligated to receive people from foreign countries. People are crossing many safe harbor countries to demand entrance to the US. They're finding out the free ride is very limited. They've been misinformed in their country of origin about how long they can expect to receive free handouts. Venezuelans in New York are trying to push their way back into a luxury hotel even if they have to displace children to do it. One Venezuelan said he had better accommodations back home. That he's being treated like an animal in the States. I can only assume if they're not being handed a luxury life, they're going to get nasty about it.

Protesting for what? The audacity...don't they know that there are others who stood in line, filled out their docs, paid their fees, even hired lawyers and now they think they can protest and get in ahead of others..wtf is wrong with these people?
