Just imagine this: You have some money saved and you are going home from scool to the nearest gamestop, paying 52 euros for this game to Playstation 3, in 2013. You take the buss home and looking on the cover and,"yeah you know the feelings of buying new games when you was young". I don't know why... but I LOVE THIS GAME. I have completed it 7 o 8 times. I explored all the optional maps and even got the platinium trophy on ps3. I found it very enjoyable and quite challenging. It is like a spirtual sequel of Land of the Dead game (which I also love). It gave me the same energy.
I loved this game. It’s the only TWD game where you can loot supplies and kill walkers however you want. I knew where everything is, all the exploits. There’s a huge amount of gas behind the generator on the first level. Open the door towards the generator then jump on top of the barrels by the wall, jump up on the fence, balance across the door, jump onto the generator then go behind it, grab the gas and pop back through the wall.

It was mediocre but still a very fun game, and for me every location had its creepy vibe, even in-doors it was creepy,i jumped from the chair a bunch of times while playing it has some jumpscares here and there, the most creepiest part of the game was the hospital level, that sh1t was intense...
and you whats to Top it all Off, the Game is CANON. i am not kidding when im saying this and i am sure everyone has heard of it, Daryl and Merle came from a military humvee and driven out of Atlanta and went to meet up with survivors
You guys should play Herdy Gerdy, it's a strange PS2 game where you play as some kid who herds animals and avoid these pink bear like monsters called Gromps. The big problem about this game is the camera, it is not your friend when you are trying to get away from Gromps
Fun fact the end of this game is basically just a turret section. Which come to think of it. I guess that was kind of a go to for a lot of games in the mid 00's to maybe early 10's.
Earliest memory I have is listening to Nursery Cryme with my Dad as a kid. He loved a lot of prog. This is where Is where I'd say 'RIP DAD YOU WERE THE MOST GOATED DOOD EVER' but he's still alive and dandy lol.

"the WORST Walking Dead game ever made"
destinies: "Hold My beer"
Damn I remember playing this on Xbox. What a pile of crap. I remember knifing zombies right in the brain and somehow they still didn't die. Nonsense.
I defend this game it's a guilty pleasure and I honestly have good memories playing it when it came out 😅
I remember being pissed about how unkillable they were. Some levels I would just say run through them and ignore them just to end the level fast.
twd survival instinct is one of the few horror games where the atmosphere actually immersed and creeped me out and it brings back nostalgia, I really enjoyed it back in the day
As a 19 year old, I know and freaking love Genesis and both Peter Gabriel and Phil Collins' solo careers
May be the only one, but for some reason I clearly remember Uberhaxornova playing this several years ago and it’s giving me major nostalgia
Respect
I loved this game. It’s the only TWD game where you can loot supplies and kill walkers however you want. I knew where everything is, all the exploits. There’s a huge amount of gas behind the generator on the first level. Open the door towards the generator then jump on top of the barrels by the wall, jump up on the fence, balance across the door, jump onto the generator then go behind it, grab the gas and pop back through the wall.
The walking dead survival instinct was good you can tell it had a short development time as it was done i think during the walking dead season 3s mid season break
This game isn’t even that bad, Game was amazing on the older consoles.
YES! I'VE BEEN SO EXCITED FOR THIS. THANKS MINDPULP❤
On a serious note, your videos have made me laugh and feel better on my really low days. And been what I listen to when painting.
Can't thank you guys enough for cheering me up, inspiring me, playing nostalgic games too and making me quote daily (shake ya boom boom girl from the shark tale video and 'purple rain' is a favourite)
Jessi was his favorite character 🤣
As somebody who likes survival games, this game gets like a seven out of 10 it’s really not that bad
I hate how everyone dogs on TWDSI. It is not that bad.
I played it when I was 12,it is that bad.
@@slenderguy2342no it isn’t
I agree I think it was a fun game, some games have its bugs, although when I played this I didn’t experience nearly as many. I like everything about this game
This was a childhood icon for me I don’t remember all these bugs but it was a blast back in the day
Same
I’m actually doing a playthrough of the game rn
I dead ass skipped school when this game came out, had a count down on a chalk board on my fridge, and made my mom buy balloons and streamers so I could have a walking dead party. I was so excited… to say I was disappointed is an understatement
Get it, dead ass
Ngl this is the most early I've been for any of their videos and I'm down for it
I actually like this game. Like it had something. The mechanics were good and they had some good ideas but it was just too repetative
I know most people didn’t like Harry Potter and the deathly hallows part 2 game but I thought it was quite fun
It’s actually not that bad…
I see everyone just ignored Genesis lol
Okay, come on now. This game was NOT that bad. I thought it was really great. I mean, Norman and Michael both came in to voice the characters. And the mechanic of the car and sending survivors was pretty good, okay?
It was mediocre but still a very fun game, and for me every location had its creepy vibe, even in-doors it was creepy,i jumped from the chair a bunch of times while playing it has some jumpscares here and there, the most creepiest part of the game was the hospital level, that sh1t was intense...
I completely agree with you, this game doesn’t deserve hate .
After TWD:D came out
TWD:SI: “perhaps I treated you too harshly..”
"slippled" I'm gonna use that word from now on
I was a little bit to scared to play this walking dead game back then since the last time i remembered playing this game
and you whats to Top it all Off, the Game is CANON. i am not kidding when im saying this and i am sure everyone has heard of it, Daryl and Merle came from a military humvee and driven out of Atlanta and went to meet up with survivors
I know of Genesis thanks to Top Gear using I Know What I Like (In Your Wardrobe) to troll Richard Hammond. 🤣
As rough as this game is at times, it’ll prob be the only good game that follows the show that we will get
You guys should play Herdy Gerdy, it's a strange PS2 game where you play as some kid who herds animals and avoid these pink bear like monsters called Gromps. The big problem about this game is the camera, it is not your friend when you are trying to get away from Gromps
this is like the 10th time I think to myself that you guys should play a certain game and the next day you do
Witchcraft!!!!
13:03 you’re definitely getting a call from Faze Clan after that
i actually enjoyed this game growing up, i do not understand the hate it gets...
I remember the whole game being terrifying when I was younger 😂 then you get the crossbow and all is well 😂
Mind pulp please play ghostbusters because it would be so fun to watch
“That’s all” was my favourite song since 6yo (22yo now), I always asked dad to put it on in car
Fun fact the end of this game is basically just a turret section. Which come to think of it. I guess that was kind of a go to for a lot of games in the mid 00's to maybe early 10's.
I remember starting this game as a kid and being too scared to even leave the house.
Mind Pulp video before bed to end the night thanks 🙏
I actually really enjoyed the game and I feel like it's massively underrated
Earliest memory I have is listening to Nursery Cryme with my Dad as a kid. He loved a lot of prog. This is where Is where I'd say 'RIP DAD YOU WERE THE MOST GOATED DOOD EVER' but he's still alive and dandy lol.
As a kid I loved this game, was scared soon as you had to go into dark areas with zombies tho 😂
9:02 - Oh yeah, Jess Collins, Phil Collins' lesser-known hillbilly brother
this game tried to make dead island but its more like deceased getaway location
Except it’s a completely different story, universe, and gameplay mechanics, and has no relation to dead island besides zombies
0:24 hey! That catwoman game was surprisingly fun
I actually really enjoyed survival instinct when I played it and I’m not sure how to explain why
I know Genesis!
Tonight, tonight, TONIIIGHT!
Love them
That fake PS3 trophy was so unrealistic… Clearly it would’ve activated like 3-5 minutes after you smashed the mirror.
I think I’m one of the few that used to love this game, fond memories of playing this.
god, finally someone plays this game in 2024...
i had this when it released and i remember being unable to even pass the beginning because it was so buggy and the hitboxes of the zombies was so huge
00:56 this is music from Conkers Bad Fur Day?! The honeybee level!
and right after sims music - Mall Rat from Sims 1 😂
I know Genesis from my mum's side. But I know Peter Gabriel and Phil Collins.
