I have just bought this series. I install at my computer. But I have a problem. It cannot detect excel and pdf file. Others like word, pagemaker etc can print. But excel and pdf cannot. Why can this happen? Could you solve my problem pls...

Try to reset and setup the printer again. May be that solves the issue.
