All you have to do is turn off your tablet/phone completely. It worked for me and if it doesn't work, try this a few times.

Actually,all you have to do is power off your phone,turn it on again then join Roblox,if you see if it told you to sign or log in.enter your username and password.Then your Roblox is fixed.I tried like that and it works
