If this happens it most likely means that you got banned for a extended period of time their will be small cases of this just being a error sent out by roblox. And this is why people that you don't spend hundreds of dollars on your roblox accounts cause they can and eventually get banned permanently.

@@evaomar3875 My settings also looked different even tho it worked just try to find the things and maybe it's gonna work or you will have to uninstall ROBLOX and install it again and log into your account.

Ok so this is happening to me I'm on mobile but I went on google on my account and it says I'm banned for 1 day honestly that's my first ever ban but I'm not really worried because then I can re-activate it once the time is done
