Fantastic Williams collection Matt! The BL2’s are awesome! I really like them as well. The Shark and the Tonners also caught my eye! Very cool collection!
Well, Matt, you do have quiet a nice collection of Williams. Very nice! I have heard many good things about Williams over the years, they do look good and run well too, but I guess because I was always such a Lionel guy in the pre-command days, I never really considered their locomotives. Awesome video! Thank you for sharing your collection. Bill B.
@ozarkmidlandsouthernrailway Thanks, Bill! My father got me into the brand. He was a die hard lionel guy as well. Guess he got bit buy the scale bug early 🙄
I totally appreciate the effort you went to for this video. Because of you I love Williams engines. You did an awesome job and I am sure turned a few viewers on to Williams 🔥🔥🔥🔥💪💪💪🙏❤️👍🇺🇸
Nice collection of the Williams engines. I also have a good collection of Williams. I have the RI BL-2's also, they are a sharp looking locomotive. The Rock Island paint scheme is one of my favorite roads. It's a very classy looking design especially on the BL-2. The Williams engines are some of the most robust modern can motor designs. They have been as reliable as any of my postwar Lionels. I have noticed that they are quickly becoming my go-to runners just because they have excellent conventional run characteristics and Trainz practically gives them away. Sweet looking Chevelle. I had a 68 Chevelle SS 396 in high school in the 70s. Sold it for $750.00 in 75. It was a gas hog that got about 10 miles a gallon. Gas was just outrageous at .34 cents a gallon. It was a beast. The Fastest car in my school. It set a class record for hauling a keg of beer to a Friday night river party😊.
@DRCRailroard Awesome Chevelle story! The 68 is a buddy's car I'm doing an A/C upgrade to. I have a 69 SS that is at his house right now. I did do a vid on mine if interested. Yes, you can't beat Williams for reliability. I've been trying to find the Rock Island BL-2 in the other scheme called "Modified Rocket". Maroon with white stripes. Trainz does have attractive deals on Williams products!
Very nice! I’ve always liked the Williams products. They are great runners and nicely detailed. We learned the hard way about the non-flywheel motors, when we first got a few for our club modular. They were basically an on/off switch. A few derailments when starting and stopping occurred, so we changed the way that we ran trains with them. Fine engines, for sure. An excellent video, as always.
A good 17 minutes of your Williams engines👍 your next video should be on wiring your engines in series, or not. " pull you house off its foundation" love it😂
@RABSTRAINS No problem. K-Line, towards the end of their career made some of the best trains in the business. If they were still around, they would be the biggest manufacturer in O gauge.
You want to have some fun with your Williams? Take an older one with no frills, and pop in a Blunami 4408. Bluetooth control, terrific sound and they will CREEP. I have the upgrade on my channel.
Awesome video MATT! I really enjoyed seeing your Williams collection. 💯👍
Thanks! Tried to be short.

@johnandrus3901 Thank you! Took me a while to get used to the non-flywheel equipment as well. Many wrecks with my dads postwar stuff!
Love Williams stuff

Nice Williams collection ❤ My fav engine in your lineup is the SP Trainmaster. Close second is the Alco FA

Awesome Williams collection Matt.
@huntercoleman460 Thanks Hunter!
@@UncleSalty-nz5uk like the black widow or bloody nose SP paint scheme more Matt?
@huntercoleman460 I prefer Black Widow. Next video I'll explain why SP decided to use that scheme
What awesome locomotives! ❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤

I also love Williams engines - I have 19. Simple to maintain, and can pull down the side of a barn.
