- Hi all! I'm preparing my version of fry bread tacos in this episode. Instead of guacamole I've made Masamole, and instead of sour cream I've used mango chutney and mint yoghurt mixture. Great feedback from the customers 👌😊👍
Full blooded Native here from New Mexico, I’m just happy to see our food culture has inspired others! Can’t forget the green chilies too 😋
Tu comida y eres de Nuevo México? 😅
Number 1k.like.👍 Wish had this chef at work. Very cultural, clean, polite. Thank you, chef! Looks like a torta.

I have never seen a chicken being deboned like that!!! That is absolutely amazing!!! Mr T, I LOVE this dish. You really are the best...yum❤
T, love the chats between you and the patrons. Dude said he’s kids enjoy sharing seaweed and spam. Sounds like older sibling passing dish on to younger sibling. Lol
Wish we could smell how amazing it all is through the screen! 😋
Now that looked delicious! My mouth is watering 🤤
Wow I’ve never seen a chicken deboned then fried whole! So cool.
This was the comment I came here to make
I love being part of the staff briefings
Very beautiful that you are making this. I lived in New Mexico for a bit and it’s wonderful to see you honoring these incredible people. Thanks so much Mr. T!!
Thank you 👌😃👍
Oh wow that looks fantastic! And this would be the rare occasion where i’d choose chicken over brisket.
Thanks Chef, have a great weekend 👍♥️
Let's go Mr T. Watching from Northern Arizona #NavajoNation #NavajoCodeTalkers
G’morning Mr. Tibor. Congratulations on another excellent episode. Love the back of the house action. Most bestest to enjoy while on cannabis in America.
How cool 😎! I grew up eating navajo tacos and make them a couple times a year as a special thing for my whole family. Great memories for me. 😊
Looks amazing. Great to see your take on this dish!
Your knife skills are outstanding. I love watching you cook because your knife skills are impressive and I am the son of a dad who is a butcher. My dad owned his own butcher shop when I was little, but he closed business and went to work for a supermarket chain in NYC. He started out at Meat Department Manager.
I used to go to work my dad on Saturdays. This is back in the late 70s early 80's where super markets used to get sides of beef delivered and Cut the sides of beef. I was with my dad when he would butcher deer in November and December for hunters. People used to hire my dad to come to the farm and butcher cows, pigs, lambs, chicken. Watching you debone the chicken reminds me of my dad, he was a bit faster though (lol).
I also enjoy your videos because they are so calm and quiet. It's nice i put them on and fall asleep to them. I used to try and make some of your dishes, but now I can't i am full keto, losing weight and kicking butt. This is a long way for me to say keep up the good work. Thanks for making me think of my dad.. My dad is alive but lives in a nursing home in memory care unit. He has Alzheimer's. He worked so hard for 50 plus years, and now he doesn't remember who he is where he is or who we (my siblings, nieces and nephews) It's so sad to see.
enjoyed the content food looks delicious and happy customers thank you Mr. T
Looks great! Filipino Adobo mentioned 🔥🔥🔥
Goddamn that looks tasty. Good job Chef. Keep up the quality of the videos and food
Omg so yummy! Fry bread changed my life and Indian Tacos with shredded bison is what I always get! Amazing videos as always sir!! Keep up the great content 😋🙏
my son worked in Death Valley at Furnace Creek for a while....these remind me of the little restaurant next door that serves fried bread tacos by the Timbisha Shoshone that lived in a small community there
Mmmhmmm🤤🤤🤤🤤 it looks yummy! 👌Great video
I just commented on your other video and making this ❤️
I want to reach into the screen with a fork and take a bite of everything!!! I would start with the beans and work my way over. 🍴👵❤
Doing great with the consistent uploads thank you
¡Felíz Viernes Señor T!
Good Looking Sammies Chef

Today's Theatre looks top drawer Mr T, top drawer
NICE😁😁😁
Splendid 🥑🥗
You de-boned whole chickens, I'm in awe of you.
Not many fresh green veg today. The rest looks amazing.
One Filipino food you should try making is Humba. It's braised pork, a bit sweet and would be great with hard boiled egg along with it.
Amy's like ❤😂
to the Filipino man who said to make adobo, make dinuguan. The Brits will love it! LOL
I like food
I'm planing a tour in england. I will skip those national stuff and come to you to have a dinner ;( ,
I'm a SIOUX Native and if I make fry bread we call them Indian taco not Navajo ALL tribes make fry bread not just Navajo's and all tribes make them all a little different from each other some use yeast some use powder milk. Just depends how you were taught..
People here normally associate "Indian" being from India, that's why I called it Navajo, not to disrespect other tribes 👌😀👍
The Navajo created this dish and we are not Indians so idk what your point is.
🤤🤤🤤
I know it is only an inspiration for your own unique dish but Navajo tacos are usually a knife and fork kind of meal. Meaning most just lay the frybread flat and stack ingredients on top, what you are making is more of a chalupa. Most people just use chili though as the protein, looks delicious though regardless.
May I ask who you cook for?? At first I thought it was for cruise ship workers. I went to culinary school. I worked in the industry for a long time. Then I became a mom. I just love your videos. It’s a comfort for me. Thank you ❤❤❤.
I did some sleuthing (not in a creepy way i swear 😂) and I believe he might be based out of London Heathrow so airport workers possibly
@@pwhitz Yeah, it's a DHL terminal at Heathrow. It shows on his POS system screen sometimes
@@pwhitz I only see workers. Also they do have British accents. I think you may be right. I’m very curious lol.
@@Southbunny thanks. I was wondering lol.
Мужик ты крут!Хотя ты походу не понимаешь о чем я пишу) Но омлет я теперь готовлю по твоему рецепту))
Can you do delivery and coffee please 😊🎉🎉❤🎉😊😊😊😊😊😊🎉🎉❤😊🎉
Where can i try this food Mr T?
It's a work cafeteria
Atleast you have some means of measuring what you put in your fry bread I learned by eyeballing and hand measuring 😊 so I can never really give anyone a recipe to go by🤷♀️it’s a pinch of this half a handful of that etc 😁
Its free range chicken?
More deli bar vids?
