Lets Make Cou Cou with Stewed Fish|| Coo Coo||

Cou Cou:
2 cups Cornmeal
1 can coconut milk
3 cup water
1 cup okra, sliced
3 pimento pepper, chopped up
1/2 a large onion, diced
3 cloves garlic, minced
salt and black pepper to taste
3 tbsp butter
butter to rub on top of cou cou while it sets
Stew fish:
4 blue snapper steaks/salmon steaks
Seasoned fish however you have prefer: I used grace fish seasoning, salt and black pepper
2 cups flour + 1 tbsp fish seasoning
4-6 okra sliced
1 carrot
1/2 onion sliced
3 cloves minced garlic
1 scallion
3 tbsp butter
2 tbsp flour
2 cups water
1 tbsp ketchup
1-2 tbsp soy sauce
Oil for frying

Oh girrrl! I love how you put this dish together, but this was my worst nightmare as a kid growing up in Greenz. I hated coucou with a vengeance. I loved cornmeal and corn-flour porridge though, so I don’t get my dislike to coucou. Maybe ill give your recipe a try. I’ll have to see.
