I would say that knowing this teaching as a «mere concept» is still a good starting point / basis for any spiritual seeker. If you get what he is saying here, you have a simple conceptual framework, and then you can go on with whatever spiritual practice that experientially works for you. Experience comes in your daily living, not (necessarily) in watching a 10 minute video on youtube. With that said, different teachers are helpful to different people at different stages, as you probably know. A teacher who talks more about specific strategies for experience is Eckhart Tolle. These two teachers compliment each other nicely I think, Castillo focusing on theory (in a way) and Tolle focusing on practice.
Once everything that calls for attention is stripped away. Once I myself is stripped away from all this banter of attention through all my years of differing focus as I advance in years of irrigating this place with the totality of my mitt mark. The one that is left to supersede in the cosmic equation. My finest and sacred producing’s are unequivocally the children of my loins. That’s the richest of achievements any being’s purpose can be defined by. Why should my folly of focus be so fragile as to ever allow this truth be lessened with any wakens of any fashion of any day of any way? The why of this is the minds poison of which every suffering gains root . It’s diss- allusion is like a maze once you enter you hardly can be freed of. Till your dusk has arrived and dust you dissolve as promise from the cosmic blessings of a free fresh opening for the footprint of man once again. R.P. 🌸
