Thank you Francesca for another very entertaining episode, I love your works in projects and the sweershop blanket should be a fun knit, you always make me smile, I love your sense of humour. ☘☘☘
You will truly enjoy one of Giulia’s retreats! I went to Monte Bondone last June and had a great time. There were 15 of us, including Antonio of Beagle Knits teaching a class. There was quite a contingent from Milan, with Martina of Parliamo di Maglia, a few people from the Bologna area, Rome, Padua, Naples, and Pienza (yours truly). So sorry to have missed the yarn crawl, but the timing was bad. I’ve never been to Wool Done, but Giulia’s customer service is great (I’ve ordered in line.). Looking forward to making your shawl this winter.
Hi, I'm a beginner at knitting, and i just bought my wool to do the Italian Autumn Cowl! Can't wait to start. Your podcats are very cool! Thanks and buona giornata ;)
Thank you for your free patterns. I have made 2 of your summer shawl, which I loved knitting, now I will try your cowl. The Pine Cottage podcaster suggested to watch you. I now have subscribed to your podcast and looking forward to watching them.
Field day jacket is a very cozy and relaxed garment, I knitted mine 2 years ago. And actually now I'm knitting a sweater in Cascade220 heathers non-superwash, that is such a soft yarn 😍
Hi Francesca, It was lovely to spend time with you today, you always make me smile. The Autumn Cowl is wonderful. It will be the perfect thing to keep me warm on those blustery winter days here in the Pacific Northwest. The Winter shawl also looks very snuggly. You are doing a great job. The hat you made looks good on you. I do think yoh look good in green shades too. I also am getting ready to cast on The Field Day Jacket by Ozetta. Take care, and I look forward to seeing you next time.
Congratulations on another lovely pattern! 🎉🎉🎉 I am going to cast mine on as soon as I'm back at home! Thank you for a fun and enjoyable episode, as usual!
Ooo I have some leftover drops air in stash! Either that or drops alpaca boucle could make great Italian winter shawls! I’ll be looking for the Italian spring tank/bandana? 😅 I love how versatile the pattern is hat it can just be applied to all different types of items.
Amazing episode! I'm so jealous of your streamlined knits! I always have to add a bit of extra and sometimes it is exhausting! Let me know how it goes with drops air. I had mixed experiences...
I love your pod casts!! Your new cowl is lovely and I liked how you wore at the end as a shoulder shrug/wrap - it has double duty!! Love your works as well and I look forward to your next video!!
ciao Francesca 👋. I have also seen your ravelry post about your autumn cowl. Very elaborated and well detailed. However i wanted to ask as i have noticed your last sentence were you said that if substituting 2 held together yarns with 1 single yarn, you need half the metres. Is this a general tip for every knit? Including sweaters?
Ciao Francesca! I think I missed it- is there a pattern for the Field jacket? Grazie! Btw, your English is incredible. I live in Italy ( 15 yrs now) and continue to struggle with the language.
Thanks so much for the Italian Autumn Cowl pattern. I'm also loving the look of the Italian Shawl (I love Drops Air as it's just so soft)

You look so cozy in the double wrap cowl. Thank you for the pattern. The Monday pullover is lovely, you look great in green.
You are very welcome!
I stumbled upon your podcast early this morning and I’m glad I did. Your cowl is lovely.
