Great video thanks for your help I’m loving s as lol the good teaching I’d like to get the heads already poured where is a good place to get those from
Excellent video Eric. Do you always use white as a base coat even when you want to make other solid colors? Thanks for showing how you get multiple colors on the head with one heating. Do you ever get paint in the jig eyes after hanging and baking them in the oven? I need to give the torch a try. That was so quick & you didn't even have to rotate the jig when heating it. Well done.
Fantastic informative video on painting jigs!! Where did you get your unpainted hatchet head jigs? Thanks Eric for sharing the jig painting video, it was very helpful and appreciated!!
What are you using for a filter on your PVC powder cups? The best thing I found for consistency and air distribution is the paper from a small brown paper bag.
Good video and very informative. I really like the tip to keep the eyes clear of paint by using the hemostats. I have been baking mine at 400-420, do you think that’s too hot?
I totally agree with you that all the colors don’t coat the same. Just need time and experience to figure it out. Tight Lines Eric
Copy paper works better than coffee filters.
Thanks Eric!
Awesome video Eric! Thanks for all the tips and info. Appreciate it. Thanks for taking the time to make the videos!
Another great informative video! Keep em coming
Where do you buy your jig heads from? I dont believe Jason sells the wedge heads. Also when you tie what brand of vise do you use? Great videos!

How do you prep your jigs before coating?

Eric,
When you were filling a big order or tying for inventory do you just tie one at a time or set up two or more vises?
Do you bake/cure white base coat before dipping another color??
