I’ve been using the Solarez for a wile now I bout a tub of if but got out of the jig and crankbaits for a wile . Love that stuff! Good job man! Love that you tell the people where to get products!

Just wanted to say enjoy all your videos, you and SK have inspired me to start tying, got a peak vise for BD and some tying material can't wait to get started. Look forward to more videos, I watch everyone and appreciate what you do to put them out. Thanks bunches for putting them out.

    Thanks for the eyeball vid.
I actually put a small dab of UV Resin on jig head then use an Exacto hobby knife to remove the eyes from the slick paper placing eyes on the jig. Then I UV light them for a second or two.
Another note or two. I’ve tried and compared Hobby Lobby UV Resin to Solarez finding virtually no difference in curing or yellowing. $15.00 for HL 4 oz compared to >$70 for Solarez is an excellent bargain.
I’ve also noticed a real quick UV light hit then letting it “rest” for a few minutes, followed by a UV light minute or two (depending on thickness) cures the best.
If it’s still a bit tacky, a quick thin coat of Sally Hansen’s or Diamond Dry will dry non tacky. I’ve also verified the durability of UV resin coating to be as effective as “cooking” the lead heads.
    Thanks Eric, nice work👍

Very welcome and yes I switched to cheaper less know brands of UV resin exacto knife I’m afraid I’d stab my self in the finger so I just use my fat fingers to lift and place…. Thank you for watching and thanks for the comment

Great never thought about putting eyes on that way. Like the pattern black and silver should do really good in colder water

Thanks for your tips....and your tying expertise. Best eye brands you find that adhesive sticks to powder coat the best? I found Loon thin UV isn't working very well... will get the thick Solarez and try that on eyes...it is my biggest time consuming part of tying up a jig with eyes, for me,
    at least.

I tried everything putting on eyes and for me a dab of gel super glue works best. I use dip the tip of the toothpick into the glue and dab it on the eye. For really small eyes I use the tip of a exacto knife to remove the eye from the pad and manipulate it into place. I just use my fingers on 5mm eyes or larger,
