Hey Rob... I'm 0 for life on this channel haha... it's taken me over a year and still none. Probably shouldn't be complaining since I've only searched 3 but still. At least you got multiple in the last one!
Treasure Town i know... I can’t complain either but it seems to ebb and flow. Looks like I’m in an ebb right now overall. But... each box has a chance and that’s what makes this so much fun! Keep hunting TT!
Nice find Rob on that 1987! Iv read that they are really rare. These videos are really good at trimming expectations down to size. I suspect that you can search though dozens of boxes and not find a single precious metal coin. Then once in a while, you get a collection dump in a single box and score big. Hope you get the lucky box soon.
Same I don’t show my skunks! I don’t always get the best scores especially with half dollars. I have gone through around $3,000 and I have found 1 silver 40%
I've found one 1974 D DDO, but I'm on the east coast. I think that it just takes a lot more work to search for the double die varieties, usually with a loupe or scope to identify them, so not many people do it. Probably more people look for no FG, because you can do it with your naked eye, but most people are just looking for the silver.
How do I know if I got coin's worth $. I have a bycentinal quarter on the back there are no details on drum. I got 4 half dollar bycentinal can't see mints. Got 1 1971 I can seeint
