Just found your channel tonight, I 'm interested in an update on this. Did you forget J-bolts in your bond beam? or do you have another plan for tying the roof to the bond beam? I'm working on a garage that will attach to the earthship I plan to start this winter. I've got 54 tires left to finish the Tire walls for the north and west walls of the garage. Then I will be starting buttresses and bond beams. It's a lot of work pounding dirt into tires. over 300 so far.
How are you securing the, I assume, vigas to the top of the concrete bond beam? I don't see any rebar stub ups or J-bolts. Are you going to use concrete screws to mount your bond beam on top? Just curious. It looks really good otherwise.
Smart to go with the ICF. Modernize the earth ship concept. Keep going man!
It would be smart to build all walls from bottom to roof with these icf

I didn't put j bolts in. I drilled and put anchor bolts through the trex into the concrete. Hopefully, I'll have a video about it soon.

Im assuming there is no other way to do it now without the anchor bolts already in the concrete
