" The purpose driven life" by Rick Warren will answer your queries for sure. But better be prepared to read it carefully. Because it will answer lots of questions. So please take your own time to finish this book. It is just a suggestion. I also had similar doubts regarding the concept of God, and lots of my questions were answered through this book, and now I have much more clarity.
