Fun to watch you guys mix it up in different eras. I think that is what keeps the game interesting. I love the fact that you can change the time from WW2 right up until more recents times. Make you appreciate how much things have changed in the air.
So a battlewhere you 1v1 or 2v2 and if you get shot down you take a newer plane into battle. This for either 30 minuted or until the most modern jet is shot down. That would be interesting to watch

You should learn to do a Hammerhead maneuver. Go straight up, full power, when your plane starts to slow down, pull the throttle back, when the plane starts to fall on it's tail, pull the plane over your head or make a yaw maneuver, and head back towards the ground.

Almost every MiG-15 was flying way too fast. It rates at 550 km/h all day like a jet powered I-16 and anything with a pointy nose should have no chance of staying on top without constant use of vertical. 600 is already too much (at least downhill), 500 is a little too little and options are few. Diving to increase turn rate is a bad and unnecessary proposition unless you're actually below the rate band. Random dumping of altitude is not a good idea in general because you'll end up flying in front of your opponent in the vertical.
The way the planes move in this looks so wrong when you see the outside views. It looks like bad movie animations where planes appear to be weightless and can move any which way depending on rudder inputs.
Can you do a video on the different types of cram vs the Russian iranian made kamikaze drones? They have been attacking civilians with these drones in Odesa in a v1 style, and I want to know which world leaders i need to write to to get this butcher to stop.
