There’s probably going to be matchmaking where hopefully they taking a while to fix matchmaking so it’s around your level so you don’t get too high or low
This gamemode is a great gamemode. But a lot of td games are just not made for it. Tds is a game built around you making your towers better the more you play. The reason why tower battles did it well was because every tower aside from 3 were all equally balanced.
The locking PVP for a certain level isn't a good idea imo. Maybe low-levels will *want* to play PVP, and going against people their level is the fix.. but Paradoxum would need to FIX MATCHMAKING, like you said. Matchmaking right now is bad for everything. I am a level 500 and I get matched up with level 50s regularly, which doesn't even seem to be the problem because when I get level 100-300s they're EVEN WORSE PLAYERS (AHEM loss grinding and skill issue AHEM you know who you are, stupid afk macro users *AHEMMMMMMMMM* ) I *do* agree with you fully with the Gold Perks thing. even with the problems that need to be fixed, I think PVP mode should be added even before everything's fixed. if they do everything and then put it for the public (finally) there will be A LOT of community backlash that would be less stressful if they knew earlier, and changed things with how the community likes it so it is an enjoyable experience, kinda how like Commander was Reworked and capped to a placement limit of 3, but because of the backlash, they changed it to 4, I think that would be better.

Level 1 10 damage 1 fire rate Range: 35 Comes with an ability: flash bang (in later levels, can be changed out with Solider summon [a scrapped unit], a grenade, or a molatov. At max level (5) however, he gains a commander type ability; but instead of boosting firerate, he boosts damage.) This tower would probably be balanced eventually, but I would think he would have an assault rifle and heavy black armor, with NVG goggles (also his price would be $950) and he would start with hidden detection, gets lead detection at level 3, and no flying.
Here's my idea for pvp : first of all, when starting a game, you're in the lobby and you need to choose beetween 12 different towers, owned or not (yes you could be able to use g scout but not normal scout and will be always have towers for eg,mg,lg,support and eco), and if needed, you'll have a explanation on how towers whit a "help" tab near the skins button. Second of all, make pvp wins/loses based. like at pvp release, anyone can be whit anayone, but if you have 500 pvp wins and 5 pvp losses, you'll be matched whit ppl whit the same type of PVP WIN RATIO,if you have no wins, you'll be whit toatl noobs too third of all, chagne SOME towers stats. like pyro has less pierce (otherwise g pyro is op) mortar has hit limit ranger hsa no exp REGULAR crook boss sends units at ENEMIES idk for more idea /:
they could make the 2 players have the same load out however the problem with that is well.. its equal so unless someone messes up with how they do things what would happen is they would loose maybe they could make skins do stuff just like golden skins or idk but adding a pvp mode to a tower defense game is hard especially with balancing like what you said so maybe they could have different stats for pvp and different stats for the main game but idk this is just my opinion

They should add a system where the players can “ban” 5 towers which they can’t use in that match like in Brawl stars in the “ranked” mode
