Hey Jeff, so glad my videos have been useful for you and your journey! I hope the grounding mat works well for you like it has for me. Do you struggle with many symptoms?

I have been experiencing increased symptoms lately....Direct sunlight and excessive heat really do a number on me...Also the issues with constant urination and tenitus in my left ear all seem to be a direct result.....I really don't have relapses to speak of but I can tell my cognitive attributes are diminished

I have never seen one of these before 😃 this is really interesting. I love anything to help me be more grounded. I'm still holistic on my ms journey and this is something I need in my routine ☺️

Been using the grounding matt since your last video. I do think I am sleeping a bit better possibly falling to sleep faster. I equate it to taking a vitamin D, I know it is good for me. It is not expensive and no trouble. I think it is worth try, and I will continue to use it. thank you for the recommendation.

Hi there, does it use a lot of electricity? I'd love to use it to help with my MS but here in Ireland the cost of electricity has sky rocketed and I'm struggling a bit with the bills

I’m in Florida, US and I have a beautiful yard. I love to mow my yard barefoot with a push mower. Thank God I can still do it. I was diagnosed with MS 25 years ago. I went 18 years exacerbation free until the pandemic. I got the Maderna vaccine and immediately got an exacerbation. Did any of you guys have a similar experience?

I was able to get my depression under control, which I believe was part of the cause of the MS as strange as that might sound. I had severe depression most of my life. I have a lot of stress in my life, so it was not stress reduction. I’m a little overweight but have always been able to workout. I’m in CrossFit.
      In summary, mental and physical.

@@FabioFinancial that’s great thank you for the info, I will look into working on mood myself
How did you work on it? If you don’t mind my asking. Thank you 🙏

@@FabioFinancial oh last thing how did you connect the dots to depression and your symptoms?

I was a very religious person most of my life. I believed that God is in control. I went to a Christian college. I served in Argentina as a pastor for eight years. I’m not from Argentina. I’m from the south. I served with the Orioles baseball as chaplain for 10 years. So you could say I was fairly dedicated Christian as to my faith and my craft. I give you that history so that you can see where I was coming from.
I came to the conviction that God was not in control, but he was in power. That changed me from a person who thought every bad thing had gods fingerprints on it in my life to a person that believe that God was working with me to overcome the trails we face.
The day I came to that conviction I stopped being depressed. I still get discouraged and sometimes severely discouraged. But it’s not that overwhelming helplessness.
It might not help anybody else, but it helped me.

Hi Tom, do you mind me asking if it costs much to run on electricity? The electrical costs here in Ireland have skyrocketed and I'm struggling a bit with bills but would really like to use this to help further with my MS. Thanks for all you do

You're going to love this then because the plug doesn't need to be on. It is simply connecting to the earth part of the plug. Which is the equivalent of plugging it into the ground outside. I know it's a crazy concept but I would definitely suggest researching a little more!
