      Good demonstration. Sergey are the belt and the neck weight same, if no which do you recommend.

      @@benyoucef0863 with a neck weight it is easier to keep streamlining position. Most of the time I use a neck weight, though sometimes both neck weight and light weight belt

    Just to clarify, with no forward movement, stationary underwater, there should still be no floating up of the body?

    • @KAIZENFREEDIVING
      @KAIZENFREEDIVING  ปีที่แล้ว

      Ideally, yes, no floating up. But since it's quite hard yo achieve, at least, as little floating up as possible :)

      @@KAIZENFREEDIVING OK, even with holding a full breath? Can I wear a weight vest instead of neck weight?

    I was diving at about 11-13m deep with 9kg on my belt and was still floating up allot. On 8m I completely emptied my lungs and was holding on to a chair full of shells and stuff. Still I was positiv boyant. I feel like 9kg is crazy much. Any tip? I'm thinking about buying a weigthed vest and ancle weights. Any good tips for this?

      What is the thickness of your wetsuit? And was is your body type? These two factors will determine how much weight you need

      @@KAIZENFREEDIVING 7mm open cell suit. 198cm tall 95kg okey amount of muscle.

      Then 9 kg is not that much. For 7mm wetsuit I used to use 12 kg....(183cm, 75 kg)

      @@KAIZENFREEDIVING aaaah okey nice I see. I got 10kg on the belt now, but have not tried it yet. I gonna buy a vest and ankle straps because 10kg is annoying to have on belt.
      Ankle bands hold 500grams each so 1kg and the vest holds up to 4.8kg.
