Have Fun, Super Ron!
Are you doing awd
Not on this one but I would love to do a quattro one some day 😁
Hi there I have just found your channel and see you do great work with electrical work think I need you to do my peugeot 205gti with a k20 engine loom and My mk1 fiat punto with a fiat abarth 696 engine lol
Sounds like you have some awesome projects, and right up our street! 😎 feel free to get in touch at Autoshack and thanks for watching 😁
My 82 caddy has a 2.0 ABA it’s a blast to drive has twice the power of the old 1.6 diesel and still getting 32 MPG.👍
Very nice! Thanks for watching 😁
You can import full window doors from South Africa 🇿🇦
I have seen them on the 'new' mk1s, very cool
@SuperRon yeah would give it a unique look . The window winder is shifted and the side mirror actually improves your view with regards to blind spots..the production for the caddy stopped in 2006 . The citi golf 2009
Are you going to do a door handel delete ive never seen one
Not on this build, but I have done many before. Here's one on my nova:

Great video sir! Hope you make many detailed videos about all the restoration and conversion. I really enjoy this technical videos with straight on point; no bullshitting around.
Yes I will be doing many videos on this project 😁 thanks for watching!
@@SuperRon Great news! Happy New Year!
Nice one Ron. I love to see good condition older cars brought up to a modern spec. Nice to have an Austin seven with aircon and disk brakes :)
My evolving desire over the years was to have my long since scrapped AH Sprites/MG Midgets given decent suspension/tyres/brakes, a modern 150bhp, normally aspirated engine ideally, if not a 3 cyl turbo unit.
The perfect sports car for anyone in their 20's though is, the MG TF. Just what the Sprite/Midget should have evolved into 40 years ago. I'm tempted to buy a late model, low mileage one for my daughter as there is nothing in life quite like owning a convertible sports car when you have no kids and no responsibility.
The Mazda is probably the better car between the two in practical terms, but who wouldn't want a mid engined hoot with a good power to weight ratio.
I love putting modern technology in older cars, makes classics much more usable 😁 thanks for watching.
What seats are those in the caddy from?
I'm not sure, they're Porsche tombstones obviously but I've not seen them trimmed in fabric like that before though so not sure what they're out of.
How crazy, just scrolling through TH-cam and I come across one of my customers 😮 Hi Ron it’s Terry the Decorator (just decorators) hope you’re well mate! Loved the video and subbed 👍🏼
Awesome, glad you enjoyed it 😁 I did do an episode on your work at my house, can't remember if I showed you:

It's a ARY from a 2004 TT

Thanks for watching 😁

Me too 😁 thanks for watching!
Fantastic clean caddy and happy New year
Thanks for watching 😁
Powersteering? Done the starlet rack on my caddy
Possibly looking into the corsa Epas column for this 😁
I put a peddle box into mine for the smooth bay so I didn't have room for an electric rack.
Nice, we have done that on previous builds, but we're leaving the pedal box standard in this one.
Can't wait !
Me either 😁 thanks for watching!
I love a mk1 caddy!
Thanks for watching 😁
New, subbed.
Thanks a lot 😁
