      I don't know why you can't buy this guitar or the buzz7 ltd in Australia. Shops need them I would have bought one but didn't want to wait forever to get plus shipping insurances etc. Great review great guitar .

    Your guitar reviews are undoubtedly the best piece of work available on YT.
    This is so much attention to detail both on the video shoot and the story telling.
    This deserves way more viewers attention !

    Thanks for this I’ve been wanting this guitar for almost two years now. I HAVE to have it lol ever since I first saw it I’ve wanted it. Just such a beautiful guitar and everything I’d want it to be. Hope to buy it within the next couple weeks!

    Glad to see that Live Louder have gone into more active promotion on social media, can’t think of a better channel too - nice to see! Honesty if you are into metal guitars then is the absolute number 1 metal guitar shop in the UK and Dan is a very knowledgeable and enthusiastic host!
    Now interestingly I bought the 7 string version of this guitar from Live Louder in early June this year - 2023 and it was a great experience going into the shop because apart from anything else, what is a super stocked up metal guitar shop doing on my bloody doorstep?? ha ha.
    I originally went in to look at an EII Baritone 7 string with ET bridge and Fishman Moderns on but saw the LTD from the corner of my eye… so did the Mrs because glitter... there literally was no discernible difference to me so I left with the LTD and saved about £800.
    No I have not been put up into doing this comment however it is in my interest that this shop does well so I can go spend more money there for years and years to come lol ! Great content as always from this channel!

    Im that weird guy who cant stand the trend of evertunes and fishmens in every guitar. Both are great and have their place, but every damn guitar targeted at the more modern rock and metal guitarist seems to be throwing those in. At least with the compression and ultra hot output of fishmens you wont be able to hear how they gutted your baby and it no longer sustains or resonates like a wooden instrument. SIgnatures are fine IMO. If the guitar inspires you and has the tools to play how you want, who cares if someones got their name branded on it. Great review as always, best and most fair approach to guitar reviews ive seen

    • @EulogyfortheAngels
      @EulogyfortheAngels ปีที่แล้ว +2

      Tuning stability and pickup heat are arguably more important in metal than sustain or how the guitar resonates, so it makes sense for companies to appease that demographic with those things. There are tons and tons of metal guitars with Hipshots and Floyds, too.

      Thank you for watching and for the kind words about my review format! I have actually found over the course of reviewing perhaps a dozen guitars with Fishmans in that there is a big variance in how they can sound. Despite one of the main selling points of Fluence being consistency.

    So glad to see the support! the thing that bugs me about this guitar is that for around 2500 CAD it should 100% come with stainless steel frets and locking tuners, especially since every 1000 series LTD has them by default, it just doesn't make sense that its as expensive as most used gibsons when it feels like its leagues behind in terms of spec.
    Yes I normally don't spec shop this hard but I'm paying 2500 I expect a cut above when it comes to the competition, idk am i being petty?
    Great video as always!

    I currently own 2 guitars, with my next target locked. 2 of which are signatures. The Fredrik Thordendal Signature and the Mattias Ehklundh signature on the way from caparison. The FT model speaks for itself, in that the body is unique in the literal sense, there is only that model that exists. The Mattias Ehklundh sig, being from a boutique brand with 27 true temprament frets and a 50/50 body of mahogany and walnut. Again making a true temprament fret system for only that guitar is enough on its own. Also having an exclusive Floyd system, only made for that guitar. Signatures like these, where they are either unique and experimental or their specs are insane. Signatures Can however be a bit overdone, where it feels like they have Nice specs, but they have been rereleased too many times for them to feel unique anymore, or like with slash are just guitars, that they slap the name of an artist on and put the price up. I really like signatures, i dont know why. But i feel a lot of people love or hate them. And side note i really like Dino’s sig guitar, but dont really like fear factory

    • @GuitarCinemaOfficial
      @GuitarCinemaOfficial  ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Is that Mattias Ehklundh made by Caparison? They were played buy some big names at one point like Arch Enemy but I havent seen much of them as a brand. Never tried True Temperament frets but hopefully its like fanned frets in that its not as big of a change as you might think!

      @@GuitarCinemaOfficial mostly thought, that i need something new when i buy a new guitar. Have a regular 8 string a baritone. And really wanted another 8, but didnt just want it to be the same, (also i Got a discount) so i went with a 27 fret TT, floating bridge 8 string. Something new. And if you havent seen the caparison Cazqui V model, that is peak 7 string. Shame i dont play 7s Else i would have gotten it. Also grew up playing violin where i had to have a pretty decent Ear just to play, so i am hoping that it is noticable to me. + this Will be my last guitar for a while, so i went with a super High end 8 string as well. It was sad that mayones doesnt have TT available for their 8 strings

      @@GuitarCinemaOfficial and yeah unfortunately their biggest names are killswitch engage and freak kitchen. KSE being really Big and definately their biggest attention draw. Mattias being a Big influence for a lot of people in the weird prog crowd. But i have tried 4 caparisons now and they might not look like a PRS with a beautiful top. They are absolute quality, perfect work horses with solid builds, that dont feel like they Will break, perfect fretting perfect finish. In general as close to perfect production instruments as they come under 10k $

    Les Paul?

  • @darrenbootland2316
    @darrenbootland2316 ปีที่แล้ว

    I'll be honest. I don't tend to get on with signature guitars. For a lot of manufacturers, it's just an excuse to hike the price exponentially even though the components are usually available on other guitars in the line-up for much less cost.
    I understand signature guitars like the Brian May models as no other guitar maker produces guitars like that but all these other generic brands that stick an artist's name on the headstock are just padding their bottom lines with hero worship essentially.

      I was very surprised to learn recently that the affordable Epiphone version of the Slash Les Paul is one of the best selling guitars of all time!

    • @darrenbootland2316
      @darrenbootland2316 ปีที่แล้ว

      @@GuitarCinemaOfficial Exactly my point. It was the same with the Zakk Wyle Epiphones when they came out. Nothing special about the construction but it was originally around a £100 premium over a normal Les Paul with similar specs.

      @@darrenbootland2316 I remember when Dimebag passed feeling extremely grossed out at the dozens and dozens of signature guitars that flooded the market barely a year after his funeral. Honestly the thing that brought me round to liking signature guitars was getting hold of a purple Stefan Carpenter LTD that I reviewed for the channel. It was such a completely daft and odd guitar that would never have existed on its own without his name yet I absolutely loved it and deeply regret selling it.

    Wtf are you talking about??? You're telling your audience that the very first signature guitars were in 80s and it was Eric Clapton and Yngvie's sigs that were the originators of the sig model.. But I think you're forgetting the very first signature guitar was this really obscure model that Gibson released all the way back in the 50s for a very unknown guitarist named Les Paul and his signature model has gone on to fade away into further obscurity since the but I assure you that he existed and his signature model did indeed come about in the early 50s, believe it or not...
