Thank You very much. There isn't much resources on this software on the net. Its good to see someone putting tutorials like these. Can you please put up more tutorials ?
This is one of the best LS-DYNA session i saw.. keep it up.. do some complex problems... if you want i will send you the problem and you can simulate it.. specially on train track bridge interaction system which is very complex...
Hi Ahmad, it was a great help from you, could you plz use this method on crash simulation of full car and guardrail system as both models are fully provided by NCAC website. tq
Dear Ahmed Thank you very much for this nice and helpful tutorial and actually I have one question is why you model two wheel why not 1 if there is asymetrice and why not 4 wheel and I am wonder if you add small part about the modeling of the step or ramp in the road Thank you again
Actually for rail trial model in LS-Dyna you have to use two wheel with two tracks. May be it can work with one wheel, i will try it and if it works i will upload another video for it. However, this model of the car we called it "Quarter Car Model" which is using only one wheel and the more accurate one is to be two Degree Of Freedom System. Their is another advanced model called "Half Car Model" Which take the effect of car bouncing and pitching and in later videos i am going to make it that this one we need to define the rotational inertia for the car mass. For the last part i will do for sure different roughness for the road profile.
Do you have the PDF File and ls-DYNA Simulation ? If you have, can you send me? email zhangzhichuanda@icloud.com thanks a lot very thanks!!! I look forward to your reply.
Hi everyone! I´m working on a train model simulation and Ahmed´s files could help me a lot ! Anyone can send its to me ? I will be very grateful ! Thks for video Ahmed, it continues helping people seven years later!
Dear Ahmed sir, we defined mass = 1e4 kg on node 1, why did we defined nodal mass later again for nodes 1 and 4. I did not understand the reason. Thank you.

Dear Ahmed, it is Very useful tutorial! thank you for sharing your knowledge with others. It is really great from you
Thanks Ahmed for sharing this kind of videos!
They are very useful!
thanq Ahmed, very helpful tutorial,, plz keep uploading this kind

It's really helpful video
thx
Thanks a lot for video, How we can post process the von-misses stresses on beam elements? I can not see that
Best Regards
