    Is there a way to get shear force and bending moment in LSDyna? I heard that we can get these from reaction. However, I have a circular hollow pipe. So if I want to get reaction at support, do I need to sum up all reaction forces of support nodes at circumference? But some nodes will have negative reaction and some positive. What to do in this case?

    Hi, your simulation is great, can you do oscillation simulation using LS-DYNA. Simulate barrel oscillation when firing for example.

    Hi sir, I have a rc model with reinforcoment inside. I started to model it with ABAQUS which is lack of finding pinching effect in cycling loading. As it is stated in the literature that LS-dyna can get this pinching effect successfully. Have you ever done this kind of loading case and get good results about pinching? Do you recommend me to use LS-DYNA for this problem? thanks for your attention.

    Thanks for the tutorial Mr. Ahmed! My question is about loading, so let's say the plate subjected to 5kN/m2 additional to its self-weight, how do we assign that? I didn't get the point of multiplying the gravity, is it because the software tends to convert the units?

    Dear Ahmed sir, we defined mass = 1e4 kg on node 1, why did we defined nodal mass later again for nodes 1 and 4. I did not understand the reason. Thank you.
